My vote is both! But I'd honestly take the air fryer ones any day. So convenient! Ordering my second basket tonight because some days I need two! Tonight, I just cooked the zucchini in the basket the wings cooked in. This meal was mmmmmmmmm.
Also, meal prep / meal plan tip. Tell Google to remind you each night to thaw your meat for the next day. It has seriously helped me stick to my meal plan! No last minute changes because I forgot. Is it just me that needs reminded???? 😂

- Yes, I made them again! @rachaelsgoodeats tahini chocolate chunk cookies w a few additional ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
As much chocolate as your heart desires. I used chocolate chips for the batter and @hukitchen chocolate bars for the top chunks.
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen
1 tbsp almond milk
350 for 10-12 min

I remember as a young man coming home from school on the bus and seeing one of my best friends practicing basketball by his house. He was out there every day at the same time, continuously focusing on his jump shot. I remember saying to my father if he bought a basketball hoop for me and placed it in the backyard, I could be a good basketball player too. My father smiled and then told me to walk to my friend’s house or or walk to the basketball court at the park to practice. I would practice as much as I could and made some basketball teams. I thought I was pretty good, but far from college material. My friend, he went on to play in college. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t give up because you are not as good as someone else. Be the best you can be because your determination to succeed in anything you do will make you successful in many other things in your life. Trust me!

I’m a little over a week into carb cycling & lordy lordy I have happy high days and I have dragging lows, but my protein coffee and I are still going strong so I’m not even complaining (okkk maybe just a teeny bit)

Today I grabbed my 20lb kettlebell and did a quick home workout while my dinner was in the oven (pork chops, sweet potatoes and green beans 😋). Even the quick kettlebell workouts are killer and I know I’ll feel it tomorrow. I finished my workout with day 21 of the ab challenge. It was a nice 2 day break but I felt ready to go with the 1 minute plank 👏

🌻 I haven’t been great with my diet the past month, but that’s okay- fitness is a lifetime game and I’m back on track 🤪 Gym time has remained relatively consistent and I’m stoked that I’ve been feeling myself get stronger even though I can’t physically see it.
