  • Gym session done ✅ all over body workout done, supersets after some inverval training on the treadmill, finished with burner core sets! 
After changing my nutrition plan I have seen massive changes in my body weight and body fat %  and today I seen bigger changes while I was in the gym, changes in my body, my energy levels and my strength...the hard work and dedication is paying off!!!! .

  • I’m terrible wearing good underwear! Actually I have zero experience on buying it. I normally wear gym outfits under my outfits! I’ve got a toddler and I try to play as much as I can with him (don’t think I do this all the time, I’m far from being the perfect mum). But to not complicate things I prefer wearing everything once. I had an interesting chat with my mother in law today. She told me she just went this one time to a proper lingerie/underwear shop. So I felt relieved but curious. I also never went to those shops! So we came up with some reasons we never cared about underwear and it’s because we feel embarrassed that we don’t know. We don’t know and We should ask for help instead of being embarrassed. The feeling of “I don’t deserve it” came up too. Wow! I decided I’ll go (and I need this knowledge for my lessons!) to one of these shops and buy some good quality, right fit underwear for me. I want to see if what they say is true!

  • The journey to reaching our goals can be hard, and I’m going to be very honest here. At present I’m struggling massively for personal motivation to train.
.
With taking on a new gym, having a new baby, buying a new house thus taking on a bigger mortgage with my partner, mum guilt of putting baby in nursery and developing a new client base it’s fair to say I’m feeling the pressure BIG TIME!!!
.
It isn’t easy!!! I spend my time motivating others and making other people feel good which I absolutely love and wouldn’t change for the world.
.
BUT with everything else I have happening in life it often leaves very little in the tank for me.
.
NOW I could sit and dwell but that’s not me, that’s not how I coped as a single mum and business woman for 10 yrs and that’s not how I will cope now.
.
So here’s me before life got crazy, before I took on a new business, before meeting my amazing man and having our beautiful daughter.
.
I got to this level of fitness as a single mum to my two gorgeous older daughters and I WILL get here again. You see where motivation fails determination prevails. The journey may be taking longer than last time but I’m here to accept the ride and accept help along the way.
.
Queue the help of my coach @jimijarvis yep even PT’s need a kick up the bum and I’m no exception. So far I’ve had two sessions with James and he’s given me exactly what I hoped for, he’s pushed me out of my comfort zone, he’s not let me quit When I’ve thought I’ve had enough and he’s helped me to put my fire back in my belly to love training again and get back into peak fitness.

I’m now excited for my journey and ready to see myself progress. Thank you James

  • I’m not going to lie it’s definitely a juggle trying to keep fit and being a mum! Not only do you need to keep yourself on track but you also have to try get two small humans out the door and that ends up being a workout in itself😂 Energy is something that I’ve been lacking since having Willow so I’m so happy I finally found a natural preworkout @nakedharvestsupplements. I could never really take preworkout before because it would make me so jittery and it definitely isn’t good for those who suffer from anxiety! - 🔹Uita de cartofi,mai ales de cei prajiti
În primul rând, îţi creşte colesterolul şi există riscul să-ţi blocheze arterele.
Amidonul lor face sa creasca zaharul din sange. Consuma-l cat mai rar si in cantitati mici.
🔹Cat mai mult peste
Cel mai bun ritm – de trei ori pe saptamana: sardine, macrou,dorado,care contin ceva mai putin mercur sau decat pestele gras, precum tonul.
🔹Oua de calitate
Alegeti oua de la gaini crescute la tara si care contin Omega 3.(gainele ce consuma soia si porumb)
🔹Uleiul potrivit
Uleiul de masline este excelent pentru salate sau gatit. Uleiurile de floarea soarelui, de soia sau de porumb trebuie consumate mai rar, pentru ca sunt prea bogate in Omega 6. Un dezechilibru intre Omega 3 si Omega 6 in organism poate avea efecte proinflamatorii.
🔹Faina integrala
Alegeti mai degraba fainuri integrale si amestecati-le. E bine ca pastele sa fie bio, pentru ca pesticidele se aduna in bobul de grau.
🔹Cat mai putin zahar
Nu mancati zi de zi desert, nici sucuri de fructe si nici bomboane…
Fructe cat mai des, mai ales rosii, prune si afine. Iar pentru a savura realmente desertul, mai bine ciocolata neagra si amaruie.
🔹Nu mai mult de 3 cesti de ceai verde pe zi sau 2-3 cani de cafea neagra pe zi
Cel mai bine, intre mese.
🔹Ai voie sa si gresesti
Ceea ce este mai important, sunt obiceiurile de baza, nu micile abateri ocazionale.

  • LEGS! so many different forms of squats in one session, and man it hurt! I pulled some "interesting" faces so this was the best of a bad bunch 😂 I had two children crying their eyes out today when dropping them off at nursery and school and totally broke my heart 💔 so felt a bit guilty going to the gym today. I can't wait to see them later and pray they both had a good day ❤❤ good session though and nice to have my husband by my side today to push me through it! #gymmum #gymlife #legs #quads #husbandandwifegoals #leggoals #fitnessmum #fitnessmotivation

  • Starkare än en björn just nu. 🐻🙋🏼‍♀️

Igår blev det tredje träningspasset den här veckan. Kände mig superstark och har verkligen energi i kroppen att ge 110% träningspassen trots att jag sovit alldeles för få timmar de senaste två veckorna. (Har lagt all min vakna tid på flytten.)🙈 .
.
Igår/inatt blev sista flyttkartongen uppackad och det känns så skönt! Nu ska bara lite småfix upp sen är lägenheten i sin ordning. 😍👌🏼
