  • My kickboxing class today did a 2 minute plank and a 2 minute wall sit at the end of the hour workout. And I was right there with them for both planks. Was it painful? Yes. Was our body shaking? Yes. Did we want to quit? YES! But did we stop? HELL NO!!! Not just training physical strength. Training mental strength!! Mental strength is what’s going to get you through the tough times in life!! Mental strength is what will get you to the next level, of your fitness, of your career, of your life! I will scream at you to keep going. I will push you harder because I KNOW FIRSTHAND -  YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!!!!!!!
Whether you’re in my class or in my life I’m not going to let you quit on me because I’m not going to let you quit on you! 💗👊🏻🧠💥💥

Synthesis of steroids/test first occurred back in 1935 (Hoberman & Yesalis 1995) so anyone who trained before this was probably natural. One of these people is Eugen Sandow(1867-1925) who, as seen, still built an impressive physique completely roid free weighing ~190lbs with 18” arms, 30cm waist, standing 5’9” tall

This means if Eugen can build a physique as impressive in 1900, with minimal science, food sources, supplements etc. then imagine what you can do with all the resources we have today.

Unfortunately, in a generation where shortcuts is norm, why go the hard way when you can go the easy way? Yes, roids will 100% aid muscle growth (Bhasin et al 2001) but also shown to promote reduced fertility, gyno, hepatic, cardiovascular, hematological, cerebrovascular, musculoskeletal, endocrine, renal, immunologic & psychologic negative effects (Maravelias et al 2005)

  • es uno de mis ejercicios básicos para trabajar la espalda, el core y la fuerza de los brazos.
Las dominadas, en este caso lo hice con agarre neutro.

Las «dominadas» son ejercicios que consisten en levantar el cuerpo mientras éste pende de una barra. Partiendo de la posición de reposo en la que los brazos se encuentran totalmente estirados, se eleva el cuerpo mediante la flexión de los brazos, hasta que la barbilla sobrepase a la barra, sin elevar las piernas durante el proceso.

Existen varios tipos de dominadas basados principalmente en la forma del agarre. Aunque esto a simple vista puede parecernos insignificante, no lo es.
Tanto la orientación de nuestras manos en el agarre como la separación de ellas afecta notablemente a los músculos que trabajamos.

Agarre prono

En este agarre las palmas de las manos deben mirar hacia fuera, es decir, en la mismo dirección en la que miras.

Agarre supino

Las palmas de la mano miran hacia dentro, es decir, hacia ti.

Agarre neutro

Las palmas de las manos se miran una a la otra.

I was overweight, broke and in a job I hated and got divorced and became a single mom. ⁣

Car accident that should have killed me.⁣⁣

Stage 2 Thyroid Cancer ⁣⁣
