  • I can without a doubt say that 2018 was the most difficult year of my life.
A year which brought me so much joy but also broke me into pieces with grief.
If I can summarize the year into one word it would fall under the world “loss”.
The LOSS of identity becoming a mother for the first time.
The LOSS of freedom.
The weight LOSS.
The LOSS of a job.
And the most difficult one, which I still today lack the strength to talk about;
The LOSS of my younger brother.

I had every reason to give up and I had every valid excuse to stop. But I didn’t.
Whatever I was facing, I kept going.
I kept moving. I kept hoping. I kept pressing on because I knew there was victory on the other side.
It wasn’t easy, but that’s life.
And you can’t control life, only how you react.

Because they are our largest muscle groups, a hard workout uses more nutrition and burns more fat. More muscle also keeps our metabolism healthy. ⁣

The motivation is not always there. And especially these past couple weeks there have been times where I just did not want to go to the gym, did not want to get out of bed, really didn’t want to go to class 😂 just a big cloud of unmotivatedness hanging over me lol. But I did it all anyways and I’m sooo glad! And I’m back to feeling like me. There’s going to be time where we don’t want to do things. I try to listen to myself. Sometimes with some things I need a break, other times I need to suck it up and get it done! 👊🏻 Happy Saturday tomorrow’s a new week I hope you feel ready to get stuff DONE.

  • @seraphimhouaka wants to lose weight. He was currently eating 1300 calories, so I have him on a 2900 calorie diet to lose weight. You think I’m crazy right 😮, but this is the secret to losing body fat with right strength training program. So far he lost 1 inch off his waist in 3 weeks.
