  • Happy Sunday✨♥️ hope you’re all ready for another upcoming week set with some goals! For me- my goals are:
1️⃣ Drink lots of water!
2️⃣ prioritize sleep
3️⃣ don’t stress the small things
4️⃣ get in my workouts early!

These goals will allow me to show up daily, be my best self, and conquer what needs to get done! Sometimes you just need to take a step back, remind yourself of the big picture and take the small steps to get there✨

  • Sometimes we just don’t feel motivated. Whether we’ve had a long day or just don't feel like it, instilling a strong sense of self-discipline allows us to conquer our to-do list to get closer to our goals, regardless of how we’re feeling!

It’s usually not the fact it’s your “bad side, the lighting is off or angle sucks, you may just not yet be where you want to be!

And that’s ok! Don’t get discouraged by this because all great things take time!

If you’re currently unhappy about where you’re at, it can actually gives you a huge advantage! Because it should give you all the motivation needed to wake up earlier, train harder, step up the intensity with cardio and eat cleaner! 🏋🏾‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🥗🍛...

The process takes time and should be fun!

Don’t mess it up by looking for a shortcut or stressing yourself out because 30 days in you don’t yet look like your favorite IG Fitness personality! 💪🏼😎...

It will take some time BUT when you work hard, are disciplined and stay consistent, it happens a lot faster than you think!

  • Finally after 5 years of this, I’m now able to go activate my glutes and shoot my hips through to finish a deadlift. First one was the way I used to do it, but for the rest I remembered to squeeze my glutes and it actually happened. Sounds like a small accomplishment, but after struggling with that for so long I feel like I’m finally in a good spot. 400x5 after 4x2

⁣{ Happy Sunday! Wanted to share a fun and effective 4 step animal flow I’ve been working on! I haven’t lifted weights in about 2 weeks simply because i was just too tight to execute these movements! Loving the mobility benefits of body weight flows thus far! } ⁣
✖️Each slide listed below segments each move for you to practice individually. Once you feel ready , bridge them together into a flow like i did the 1st slide! ⁣

  • Things I can do: Skater Squats. ⠀
Things I can’t do: Ice Skate. ⠀

These skater squats are a great way to develop unilateral strength. The range of motion is shorter than that of a pistol squat. The shorter range of motion makes it suitable for more people to do. I like to use a barbell in the front squat position for these, having the bar in the front squat position stops you from cheating depth by leaning forward with your torso.
