Also lil life update, i’m trying real hard to accept my situation right now. I want to do so many things with such little time.. from reading, to working, to going to the gym, to creating content, to studying.. and much more. I just have to accept that there’s just so much i can do with school being my first priority. I used to really bring myself down when I didn’t hit the gym 5 times a week... but now I have to set my priorities straight and understand that I can’t over exhaust myself. With that being said I hope you all have a great weekend!🥰

  • One of the most frequent questions I still get are about hip dips, and how to get rid of them.
What are hip dips? Well, as you can see in this photo, my hips are not perfectly round and have indentions. This is genetic and usually not something you can “fix” because you can’t change bone structure.
But if I’m being 100% transparent with you guys. I used to hate them too, I used to want perfectly round hips like the Kardashians, but after seeing so many other fit women with hip dips, I came to realize they look WAY more natural and personally I think it enhances muscular figures like mine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Embrace yourself!

  • Some days are great, while others, not so much.
.
With 3.5 hrs of sleep, I was walking around like a zombie yesterday and at the gym, I felt absolutely disconnected, the training was nowhere near how I would have liked and wanted to quit cardio thrice. But I didn't.
.
When I walked out, as much as I strongly felt that I should have done a netter job, I was just proud that showed up and stuck around until the end.
.
I chose this! As much as I cannot wait to step on that stage, I'm truly enjoying the journey. I'm very  curious to find out what I'll look like but I'm equally thrilled by the path to get there - what would it take? Every day is different and there are a new set of challenges to overcome. That drives me!

I've come a long way already and looking forward to seeing and sharing my progress 💪
