1. Seal jumps 
2. Toe tap press-ups
3. High knees 
4. Saw plank
5. Opposite knee to elbow mountain climbers

  • Couldn't be prouder of this team today! First time trying an obstacle course race for 4 of them! 10km, 65 obstacles, chest deep mud, wading through ice cold small rivers and braving the cold temperatures. Fantastic effort by all of them! Medals earned!

I'll be organising more Team Mab-Fit events like this (maybe in warmer months 😅) in 2020! So if you want to try an event like this, and run with a helpful, fun and supportive team, keep an eye out on future announcements or get in touch!

    Couldn't be prouder of this team today! First time trying an obstacle course race for 4 of them! 10km, 65 obstacles, chest deep mud, wading through ice cold small rivers and braving the cold temperatures. Fantastic effort by all of them! Medals earned!

I’ve been going to the gym consistently for almost three years now & I’ve always loved a challenge to help me switch things up a bit as I tend to do the same sort of thing all the time!😴⁣⁣

I decided to give the @shreddy app a go and I’m now one week in and loving it! The weekly workout plan, realtime workouts, meal plan, shopping list feature & the ability to track the weight you use is a game changer as it encourages me to constantly push myself. And if that’s not enough motivation the community of 1000s of girls will defo help you stay motivated! 💗⁣⁣

  • When I was pregnant I made sure to swim a mile every day. 🏊 And what amazed me was I would crawl up and down the lanes, get out with my swimming cap bird's nest of an attempt at hair, goggle marks imprinted all around my eyes and there'd be ladies swimming up and down, talking to each other with a full face of make up and their hair all done up!  Whaaaat?! Why not just get a coffee?! And I might be guilty of pre-judging here ... any exercise is better than none, right?! But the reason I'm sharing this story is because I'm about to launch a 6 week group which isn't for the ladies who pootle up and down the slow lane.

If you like giving yourself a challenge, if you're reasonably fit already, if you're one of those people who make exercise a daily non-negotiable, this will appeal to you.💪 I'm launching an online fitness bootcamp which starts on 4th November and we're going to be sweating alongside @amoila_cesar - he trains the celebs and pro athletes.  It's intense, it's sophisticated and it's different. And if you want muscle tone and improved fitness, you need to get on board.💯 I know the party season is right around the corner, but I know also, that if this appeals to you, you're the type of person who doesn't stop training just because most other people do at this time of year.

I'm prepping a group for the hard core which starts on 4th November.

And I have 10 spots available.

  • 🔥 FEEL THE BURN CHALLENGE

I done this as a wee finisher challenge last night at the end of my workout. If you’re looking for a wee leg burner for leg day then this is it:

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS x8 reps each leg followed by a 1 minute WALL SIT then rest.

I’ve used 10kg DB’s and added a 10kg weight plate to my knees for extra resistance on my wall sit. 🤪 You can do it without weights. This gets you SWEATY as you can see! I couldn’t be assed keeping on checking my watch and my cameraman was being annoying not telling me when my minute was up so I had to do it longer 🙄😅 Try it but don’t say I didn’t warn you!

In other news I’m chilling out after PASSING my Physical Measurements and Fitness Testing Assessment today! 🥳🥳 🌟🌟🌟nearly at the end of L3 finally.

    🔥 FEEL THE BURN CHALLENGE
