This isn’t really fitness related, but I want to talk a little bit about the law of attraction, because I think being more conscious of your thoughts can have such a great impact on your life. The law of attracting basically states that you will attract what you focus on. So if you’re always focussing on the negative things in your life, you will attract more negativity. Instead try to focus on the positive side of things and try to envision what you want your life to be like and just see how it will impact your life.

I’m still working on this everyday, because it can be very easy to just feel sorry for yourself when things go wrong. But in the end you’ll never truly know if a situation actually is a misfortune, even if you experience it like that at first ❤️
