Io non mi stancherò mai di dire che se una donna non presenta forme, non rispecchia neanche la femminilità.

Come non mi stancherò mai di dire, che anche una donna di costituzione magra, può incrementare il volume dei glutei, a prescindere dalle altre parti del corpo.

Quando ho visto @ritabenedetti per la prima volta le ho detto molto chiaramente che su di lei andava prima aumentato il volume dei glutei, poi aumentato lo spessore, perché era praticamente piatto e quasi inesistente.

Attraverso il lavoro del dimagrimento localizzato, ho riempito la muscolatura dei posteriori della coscia, aumentato il volume dei glutei e migliorato i fianchi.
.
Inoltre, Le pieghe di difetto sotto il gluteo, sono completamente sparite.
.
Tutte le donne possono ambire a creare risultati stupefacenti, l’unico ostacolo tra loro e il risultato è l’autocompatimento e pensare di non essere abbastanza.

I hadn't touched the rings since we moved to our new house and was scared I wasn't going to be able to do one. I did it, not many, but I'm happy with it! We all start somewhere.

This is what most people want, abs.💪🏽

But many people don’t understand how this works and how to get there.
•
Most people think getting abs is about working the muscle itself
•
Doing a ton of crunches and sit ups hoping that by doing so your abs will magically pop!👎
•
Or doing a ton of cardio to burn the fat off, but if u still eat in a caloric surplus you’re never going to lose any weight!
•
The truth is, getting abs is all about body fat, yes direct ab exercise will make your abs more prominent, and cardio will help ,BUT
•
If you have a layer of fat covering it, there’s no way in hell youre going to see them💯
•
So the key is to lean down and lose the body fat covering your abs.🔥
•
How to do that? Answer: eat in a caloric deficit( eat less than you burn) and train every part of your body(lift weights)✅
•
Don’t only focus on abs, focus on every part and enjoy working out and lifting weights! •
And if you’re doing a ton of cardio to lose that fat and you’re still eating more than u burn no fat will be lost. In fact cardio might increase appetite which makes dieting a lot harder!❌
•
Eventually you will get there! You have to be patient! Don’t expect it to come over night!🙌
•
To be honest I took 4 years to get here, and I can honestly say I didnt regret starting at all!✌🏻
•
There’s obviously easy ways to get there! Like following the Kinobody programs that I’ve used to get here! But even then, it’s all you! You have to have the drive and the discipline to get there!🔑
•
It’s not for everyone, and only few people are able to push through! Will that be you? Ask yourself that question!👌
•
Anyways have an amazing weekend everyone! Work hard for the things you want❗️
