Daily check ins will help to keep us all accountable and here mine is...... ......I’m not really keeping up with my daily checkins but life happens and baby brain is still strong 🤪

Under 50 days to 40 😲😲😲😲
......and my chest cold is hanging around 🥺 but this woman can not stop because well, #mumlife and being a fitness instructor means I get to help others live longer, healthier, stronger and happier so off to work I go 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
3 hours at the gym, instructing 2 classes and doing one for me, saw me burn almost 2000 before lunch. My body was definitely working hard this morning 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Afternoon was a bit quieter and a gentle treadmill walk this evening just to stop the muscles from seizing up was all that was needed 😊😊😊 I’m under 2 months till I turn 40 and have set my goal to be feeling amazing, confident and beyond ready to rock my 40’s

  • Just a bit of training today, 
It has been a great month so far, I am feeling a bit hungry 😋 although my waist is getting smaller.
I’m also more stronger than last year,
My conventional deadlifts are 95kg 3 reps It took me a few years to lift this much weight. 
It’s s not a hundred yet but I know the important thing for me is to go slow but consistently than try to rush it, especially with my back issues

  • Hola 👋🏼 Here your weekly roster bootcampers 🔥Now when we say “Bootcamp” what do you picture ? 💭 crazy army men yelling and screaming? 😆😆🤷🏽‍♀️ Well no. That’s not what we do. In fact our sessions are suited to ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Yep you can go hard or easy your call! 
We allow your kiddies if you need to bring them and supply pre and post work out nutrition ✅

This weeks schedule is Bootcamp abs Boxing 🥊 Tag a buddy and get there 💋

  • Week 4 - Well July is almost over and I’ve made some amazing progress and also had a few hiccups but not once have I thrown in the towel and given up or had negative association with my progress or what I’ve eaten. The weekends are always more relaxed and that is just real life but that’s why the weeks are longer so I can make it up in the week. 
Week 4 is all about reintroducing some grains and breads if I feel the need. Normal wheat bread doesn’t agree with me at all and so I only really get one particular type of bread from  @gfprecinct 🍞 I will also incorporate some crackers or rice cakes. Will share types in stories.  But I’m also going to do intermittent fasting 2 days this week. Tuesday and Thursday where I plan to only eat liquids and not eat my first meal before midday.  This I’ve found is a great way to tidy things up a bit. 
Weigh in today still going down and am sitting right on 79.0 💪🏻 down 2.4 in 3 weeks. 
Also planning on moving a lot more this week. Already had my run this morning did a weight workout in the lounge with the kids and literally did not sit down all day clocking 20,000 steps 🏃‍♀️ .

  • I remember a time when my Friday nights were about ‘dundain’ in the hottest new club. Now I can’t wait to get home to my munchkin and fall asleep right next to my baby in my bed 🛌 since daddy will be on night shift. 🤣🤣

  • Still plodding along at almost 42 weeks pregnant. For the people who have asked - I want to attempt to avoid induction. I want to give my body the best chance to do what it needs to do on its own. Clearly if any risks to baby or I arise - I will take the action that needs to be taken. The team of midwives are fantastic and I have complete trust that baby and I are in safe hands. For now I'm just chilling, eating chocolate, expressing colostrum and continuing to grow my little #strongcub.  And yes ! Im doing....multiple walks, bouncing on a fit ball, eating spicy food, expressing, drinking raspberry leaf tea, having sex, exercising, accupunture, massage and relaxing (attempting to) 😜😜 . #pregnancy #pregnancyjourney #firsttimemum #fitmum #strongmum #growingababy #comeonbabycomeon #goodthingscometothosewhowait #waitingveryimpatiently #whataride
