  • Ciao #fitfam ☺️oggi vi presento la VELLUTATA di TOPINAMBUR e CAROTE allo ZENZERO con TOFU e SEMI di CHIA BIANCHI 😍
Decorata con fettine di topinambur e carote fatte saltare in olio di cocco! 😋
Già sapete che quando rientro tardi a casa e fa freddo e sono stanca, cenare con una bella zuppa o minestra fumante,
rilassa e scalda il corpo e l’anima! ☺️ ,
🔅Ingredienti
(Per due persone)
400 gr di Topinambur
200 gr di Carote 🥕 
1 Porro (o scalogno o cipolla)
Sale Rosa dell’Himalaya
Zenzero fresco (o in polvere)
Timo
Limone 🍋 
Olio di Cocco 🥥 
Acqua
🔅Preparazione
Sbucciate e lavate il Topinambur. Tagliatelo a fettine sottili e mettetelo in una ciotola con acqua e limone per non farlo annerire.
Sbucciate le carote e affettatele, meglio se con una mandolina.
Mettete un pizzico di Olio di Cocco in una casseruola e, appena sfrigola, aggiungete le fettine di Topinambur e Carote (tenetene da parte qualcuna per la decorazione finale).
Salate e aggiungete lo zenzero grattugiando la radice. Spolverate con un pizzico di timo.
Fate insaporire qualche minuto e poi aggiungete circa 600 ml di acqua. Cuocete per 40 minuti o comunque fino a quando gli ortaggi non si saranno ammorbiditi.
Aggiustate di sale se ce ne fosse bisogno e frullate tutto con un mixer ad immersione fino a formare una crema liscia e vellutata.
Nel frattempo mettete un altro pizzico di Olio di Cocco in una padella antiaderente e versatevi le fettine di topinambur e carota che avevate tenuto da parte.
Cuocete a fuoco vivo per pochi minuti per far dorare i bordi facendo attenzione a non bruciarle. Impiattate la vellutata e decorate con le fettine croccanti.
Io ho aggiunto anche dei semi di chia bianchi e del timo fresco a completare il piatto.
Per rendere il piatto più proteico potete aggiungere in cottura del tofu a cubetti che andrete poi a frullare insieme alla vellutata.

  • Heute habe ich mal wieder Hummeln 🐝 im Hintern 😅 aber es ist Restday und ich habe Urlaub ☀️ also habe ich den Vormittag mit Gartenarbeit 👩🏻‍🌾 und Backen gefüllt! Heute habe ich mich an #carrotcupcakes 🧁🥕🧁 probiert 😍
📝 Rezept: [Werbung]
100g fein geriebene Karotten/Möhren
60g Whey (Geschmack nach Wahl)
8g Flohsamenschalen (oder mehr)
2 Eier
80g zarte Haferflocken 
1 TL Backpulver 
Gewürze nach Wahl (Stevia, Xucker, Flavdrops, Zimt etc.) - ich hatte Sweet Love von @justspices 👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳
Alles miteinander vermischen und dann unter Rühren mit ca. 250-300 ml Wasser zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Das Ganze in 12 Silikonmuffinförmchen verteilen und dann bei 180 Grad Umluft für ca. 25 Minuten in den Ofen geben. Zahnstocherprobe nicht vergessen.

Für das Topping habe ich 200g Exquisa Fitline Frischkäse mit einem Schluck Wasser und Flavdrops vermischt und Marzipan Rübli von Dr. Oetker verteilt 👌🏻 Ein Cupcake hat übrigens nur 90 Kalorien (mit Topping)!
Viel Spaß beim Nachbacken und genießt das schöne Frühlingswetter 🌼🦋🌷☀️

So many of you beautiful people are wanting to get in on this group that I’m doing on Facebook!! You have all seen me going through my coach certify over the past few weeks, learning SO much about the different approaches to nutrition, using these awesome guys👆🏼👆🏼, finding TONS of yummy recipes (yeah picture is the chocolate PB popcorn we made the other day🤤)... just finding out ALL of the different ways that each person can find a sustainable healthily lifestyle that’s still ENJOYABLE!!   • Switched it up this morning and am so thankful I did. 🧘🏽‍♀️ .

There’s a fine line between listening to your body and listening to your mind. I take breaks when my body needs it, not when my mind DOESN’T want to do it. See the difference? 😉
.
.
It’s super important to push yourself every day but if you are sick or too sore it’s ok to take a break and do some stretching or yoga. 🙌🏼
.
.
And my on demand Netflix of workouts allows me that FLEXIBILITY. And that’s what keeps me on track and allows me to make fitness a HABIT in my life. .
.
I take these workouts with me when I travel or I mix it up when I get bored and that’s why I’ve been able to be consistent for the last two years. No more scrambling to find a gym or workout class that works with my schedule. These little guys are there when I NEED them. It’s perfection 👌🏼

.

I’ve been reading personal development books for about a year now and I can attribute a huge part of my outlook on life to them. I used to think they were for the weak, definitely not. 🤦🏽‍♀️ They have helped me to see the world in a different light and know that anything is possible. .

Some of my favs are:
1. The Miracle Morning
2. Girl, Wash your Face
3. Girl, Stop Apologizing
4. Mastering Your Mean Girl .

  • Who would have thought that I’d meet one of my best friends on Instagram?👯‍♀️

A year and a half ago @amcguire87 and I were strangers. I was watching her on Instagram and randomly DMed her and said, “Hey, can I do what you do?” 😂
.
.
And the rest is history. I am seriously so thankful for her friendship and this life she has introduced me too and I love doing life with her. ❤️ .
.
Social media can be a powerful thing if used in a positive way. I choose to surround myself with strong, empowering women every single day.  My whole perspective on life has changed because of it and I am forever thankful. ❤️

If you eat 3 meals a day that equates to 21 meals a week... if you’re like me you eat 5 meals a day which equates to 35 meals a week...⁣
⁣
That is a lot of food! Nutrition is ”hard” because there are so many moments throughout the day that we are eating! So obviously the more choices you have, the easier it is to make a poor one.⁣
⁣
This is when I started to realize that what I was putting in my body was important! How many meals was I eating real, Whole Foods? How often was I taking the easy way out and making something processed that I thought would save me time?⁣
⁣
Y’all, the truth of the matter is that making smart food choices doesn’t have to be hard. It doesn’t have to take up tons of time. It just takes some habit breaking and building new, clean habits!⁣
⁣
I am hosting a nutrition only group in April for anyone who is struggling with nutrition and would like to dive deeper into what to eat, why we need it, how to break sugar addiction, and seeing the results you want without giving up the things you love 🍕 🍷 🧀 because this is all about balance! Something sustainable — not a quick fix!⁣
