I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately with my interactions with clients.

It takes courage and character to admit your shortcomings and follow through with a plan you’ve made for yourself. Ask yourself- Why did you make it in the first place? .

Comparing your life NOW to what it could be will leave you feeling empty. Internal thoughts of “if this doesn’t work, there’s always plan B.”

.

If your NOT worried about your plan A - you should get worried. Focusing your energy on a plan B will make you fail, every time. Learn to radiate the energy into what your living today. .
.

I’m talking about finding the strength to get through hard times. When things don’t go as planned. When you get tired of plan A.

If you fall of your diet, you stop following your workout plan, you stop doing something for yourself you really loved to do. You get lazy at your job, your relationship, whatever it is. .
.

Thinking“there’s always plan B” .
.

No matter what plan you follow, it will always be hard. You’ll have setbacks, roadblocks, and times where you’ve questioned plan A. .

You have to be willing to put in the work, get honest, reach deep inside yourself to follow through, & to the best of your ability.

Live your life like there’s no plan B. You will only win when you understand how to be patient, be humble, and get honest. Day in and day out. .

Get after your plan A. “Win the day” .

“A mind that perceives limitation is . . The Limitation!! “
I wanted to share this with yall because when we are on a journey towards certain goals, there will be obstacles but our mind can beat any of these. 
Today I woke up a terrible scapular spasm that dint let me sleep all night and it was radiating to my neck and head. I was in no mood to workout, so took some time and scrolled through Insta for some inspiration, dragged myself to the gym and worked on my lower body. 10 mins into the workout I was so into it and I was so happy I came to the gym because if had I skipped the session, I’m pretty sure I would be felt worse. Post workout got the knots released which was super relieving and felt better. 
Bf was @univedsports supergreens, lunch was simple with very lil restive and spinach dal, beets and gourd. I made a very simple dish with methi, sprouts and smoked tofu from @happyhealthymeorganics (recipe in my stories). Some people have msgd me about how my daily posts have been inspiring, thank you all for that 🙏🏽♥️. Productive day with work and I am a happy camper =). Write to me about what stops you from being consistent and may be I can provide you solutions !! #21dayschallengewithsweaty

Validation de mon training extérieur , rien de mieux que de profiter du beau temps pour un training OUTDOOR
. 
J’avais oublié le plaisir qu'il procure surtout en semaine. Une belle cassure qui nous permet de nous sentir libre et en vacance pendant 1 h
. 
C’est pourquoi je le propose lors de mes coachings et j’insiste à les faire dans des squares , parcs ou autres lieux branchés sur Paris
. 
Rien de plus beau que de visiter et profiter de Paris pendant un moment pour soi. Rien de plus que beau d’avoir Paris comme terrain de jeu
. 
Cette ville me laisse parfois sans voix 😐 par sa beauté et son histoire. Elle est une source de motivation pour donner les meilleurs conseils et contenus possibles :)
. 
Et vous plutôt extérieur en semaine ?
