  • Evening Training, but luckily not alone! Had my training group with me 🤗. First we start with a slow run as a warm-up, followed by some stretching and stabilizing exercises 🎉. Then, the highlight of todays training started: -------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • I use to hate leg day because I was never taught how to train my legs properly. Once you learn the mind to muscle connection and build some strength legs are fun to train!

First video is a reverse lunge sandbag rotation. This exercise is a little more advanced. As you’re stepping back to lunge you rotate the bag to the side that has your knee up. Relax your arms like they are ropes with hooks. Keep your core tight to fight against the bag pulling you in one direction. The knee will want to cave inward more than a normal lunge so make sure you push your knee out as you perform the rep.

Next we have the barbell back squat. One of the most popular leg exercises that most people do wrong. You want your feet shoulder width. Personally I point my toes slightly outward but you can play with whatever feels comfortable. Push your hips backward and let your knees drift forward. As you go down sit back on your heels and open you knees outward. As you’re coming up break the bar over your back and drive through heels. You want your bar path to be a straight line. Take a video of yourself to see what your form looks like. You can finish with a butt squeeze at the end of the rep or you can start your next rep without locking your knees. Follow it with a body weight squats and squat pulses after to burn your quads..

  • Actually craved a salad for lunch 😱 I got the Chick-fil-A Cobb salad but with *spicy* chicken 🔥 GAME CHANGER! It has corn, cheese, boiled egg, bacon, and cherry tomatoes (I took out the bacon and tomatoes though). And I ate almost all of it!!! 🧡

  • 10 weeks out🏆

Ik ben begonnen met de weken uit te tellen ipv hoelang mijn prep nu duurt.
Het komt dichterbij en de twijfels lopen met de week meer op.💭 Vorige week voelde ik me wel redelijk oké. De trainingen gingen best lekker en heb ik mij keurig gehouden aan het dieet. Helaas zakte mijn gewicht gewoon niet lager dan 68 kg🤦‍♀️ Behoorlijk demotiverend dus. 
Extra cardio , full dedication en geen resultaat.. nouja, mijn rug wordt droger volgens mijn coach, dus zijn woorden moet ik maar vertrouwen 💁‍♀️ Anyway, ik ben gestopt met kijken op de weegschaal. Het maakt mij helemaal gek,omdat ik nu al 3 a 4 weken struggle met gewicht verlies. 
Ik had besloten om het weekend uit te gaan💃. Niet dat ik veel energie had en ik was ook niet op de 67kg zoals ik mijn doel had,maar ik dacht dat ik het misschien nodig zou hebben
Wellicht is het gewoon de frustratie en de stress die zorgen dat ik vast loop. 
En ja ik heb genoten❤ 😍De dag erna voelde ik me niet heel fit en vroeg ik  af wat ik er ookal weer zo leuk aan vind dat ik mijzelf zo'n gevoel de volgende dag aan kan doen🤣
Het was erg leuk, maar voorlopig even geen stappen meer voor mij💃👣 Wel lijk ik iets droger de week te beginnen dan normaal.   • 🌟 Why workout with a friend? 🌟
Today I had a bonus chest session so I could workout with Michael, but why?
My main reason was so he could spot me and allow me to go heavier than I’d go alone
Other reasons to workout with a friend:
* Makes it more fun
* Motivation
* Learn more
* Workout for longer
New pb (kind of) for dumbbell chest press 💪🏼 but also the first time I have dropped weights on myself 😂

  • Easy 4 miles on the treadmill today. I had to take a few days off due to some hip pain. I’ve never had that issue before. It just popped up and I wanted to make sure I was feeling 100% before I started running again!

I was also able to get my strength in. I was moving weights around when this picture was snapped so this is not how I hold my weights while I lift. lol Just moving things and my daughter snapped a pic that I actually liked and decided to post! 😆 Never did I think that I would build muscle like this or endurance to run the way that I do but consistency did it!! #beconsistent .

I was still in love with the sport but since I couldn’t really play anymore after college, I started running a lot. Even until this day, I run 3-4 times a week.   • Jeg har været en smule stille med opslag her på det seneste. Jeg har virkelig haft brug for lige at finde mig selv igen og komme “over på den anden side” igen. Det går stille og rolig den rette vej nu. Det var virkelig svært i starten. Jeg skulle indfinde mig i, at jeg ikke kommer op på den scene, som snart har været mit mål i nogle år nu. Det gør sgu ondt og har været virkelig hårdt. Især fordi mine smerter i mit knæ virkelig ikke er for sjov. Heldigvis har jeg stadigvæk træningslysten i det omfang jeg nu kan, og venter nu på svar på hvad der skal ske med det knæ. Udover det, er jeg ved at komme tilbage til mine normale spisevaner, altså uden tracking og kostplan. For jeg kan virkelig mærke, at jeg skal ud af det og spise med den sunde fornuft. Nogle uger mere slik end andre 😝 
Jeg kan virkelig også mærke, at jeg har savnet alt det sociale, uden madpakker! Så det hele skal nok blive godt. Nu er mit fokus bare på, at have nogle fede træninger og blive stærkere, uden nogen form for restriktioner 🤩 🍿🍟🍭🍬🍫🍕🍔🥙

  • to jak z tym miejscowym spalaniem tkanki tłuszczowej? 🧐 MIT! moje drogie Panie, bo to post głównie do Was 🌹 - nie możecie odchudzić tylko brzucha, tylko nóg czy samych ramion.. niestety nasz organizm nie rozumie i nie jest w stanie przełączyć się na tryb spalania tylko jednej określonej partii ciała 🦵🏽 przechodząc na redukcję, czyli ujemny bilans kaloryczny, pracujecie na wyniki wszystkich krągłych części 🔥 to, że u niektórych szybciej „schodzi” góra, a pozostałym dół, to już kwestia indywidualna, ale musicie być świadome tego, że niechciana tkanka prędzej czy później spala się WSZĘDZIE 🤷🏼‍♀️ najczęściej problem dotyczy brzucha, więc uwierzcie mi, że robiąc tysiące brzuszków dziennie nie odsłoni Wam się kaloryfer! jak to ktoś kiedyś mądrze napisał: BRZUCH ROBIMY W KUCHNI! 💁🏼‍♀️ regularność posiłków (a nie jedna wielka kolacja na koniec dnia), dużo wody (a nie 3 kawy w pracy, jeszcze najlepiej z mlekiem i cukrem ❌, a później przecież już mi się nie chce pić), objętość posiłków dzięki warzywom, dobrze dobrane zapotrzebowanie kcal (tym bardziej na redukcji; przede wszystkim związane z trybem pracy i ilością treningów w tygodniu), odpowiednia ilość snu (nie zarywamy całego tygodnia!) + do tego TRENING i macie jak w banku, że po kilku tygodniach brzusio zrobi się płaski 👍🙃

możemy oczywiście skupić się na konkretnej - priorytetowej - partii podczas kształtowania sylwetki treningiem, ale niech będzie jasne, że nie schudniemy tylko tam! poza tym, CAŁE SZCZĘŚCIE 🙏🏼, kobity coraz częściej atakują klatkę piersiową, plecy, bicepsy.. a nie standardowy „babski pakiet”, o którym nie muszę chyba wspominać 😁 dążymy przecież do pięknej, wysportowanej i kobiecej SYLWETKI, a to - jak sama nazwa mówi - całość, a nie tylko boczki i bryczesy 🤪😎
