Eu não consegui seguir a dieta muito bem... Fiquei de férias e não segui nada, depois voltei e era pra.ter ido na nutri e não deu certo, daí desandei mais ainda. Espero que dia 22 dê certo. 👊🤛🤜

BALI WATERFALLS THAT YOU MUST SEE‼️ You'll never go wrong with any waterfall you decide to go. However, I'll give you a  list of those ones I picked and would recommend you to see!
1. 𝕋𝕚𝕓𝕦𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕒 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕗𝕒𝕝𝕝. On the way to this place you pass beautiful rice fields and see a lot of locals who're waving to you. Go to swim and enjoy the beauty.
2.𝕋𝕦𝕜𝕒𝕕 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕗𝕒𝕝𝕝. This place is very unique. You walk through the cave and big rocks covered with vibrant colors.
3. 𝕋𝕨𝕚𝕟 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕗𝕒𝕝𝕝. Another place you can go swimming. Water is very refreshing and clean that you can even drink it.

Day 70- Legggg dayyyy 💀
• Back Squats
▪ 4 sets total with gradual weight increase every set. Never more than 10 reps, never less than 6. Do not go to failure.
▪ You can use smith machine, barbell, or upright squat machine.
• Stationary or walking bodyweight lunges (use dumbbells each hand if the bodyweight is too easy).
▪ 3 sets with 8 reps each leg.
• Quad Extension machine
▪ 3 sets with gradual weight increase for 12-15 reps.
▪ 2 sets lowering the weight back down for 20 reps.
• Hamstring Curl (standing machine or laying machine)
▪ 4 sets with gradual weight increase for 8-12 reps.
• Straight/Stiff Leg Deadlift (Barbell or Dumbbells)
▪ 3 sets with moderate weight for 8-12 reps.
• Calf Raises (Machine, Barbell, or Smith Machine)
▪ 3 sets with moderate weight, toes/feet parallel for 8-10 reps
▪ 3 sets with moderate weight, heels together and toes pointed slightly outward for 8-10 reps
