I had a great weigh in today with a 2.4 kilo loss. I’d been feeling a bit unwell the last couple of weeks and my weight loss had slowed to a 500g & 600g loss for my last 2 weigh ins. I’d been having a few cravings, giving into coffee with sugar and I snacked on a few things I shouldn’t of.  I was pretty relieved that I’d still lost weight even though I hadn’t been 100 % on plan. Feeling so much better this week. 
I stuck to the diet, drank lots of water, and had so much energy and motivation. Looking forward to hitting my goal of losing 20kgs by Christmas - 3.5 to go !

  • Всем привет! 
Меня зовут Людмила. Очень сложно писать о себе. А кто бы мог подумать? Но очень постараюсь ))) Родилась я в дружной семье. У меня есть старшая сестра. Причём старше меня она на 18 лет.

С самого детства хотела стать музыкантом... Много времени посвятила творчеству, хотела выступать и покорять мир. Но это оказалось лишь мечтой. 
Работала арт-директором концертного агенства. Общалась с музыкантами и артистами. Даже "звездами". Участвовала в фото-сессиях.
Но это было не то... Хотелось творчества!!! Покорять мир по прежнему хотелось. И я подумала: а почему бы и не красота! Красота же покорила весь мир! Значит и я с ней смогу это сделать! 
Сейчас я в декрете... На самом деле очень сложно мне это далось. Я была бесплодная и меня это очень радовало. Не буду рожать, буду худой и красивой, НО муж на столько сильно хотел детей, что был готов на все. Пришлось и мне пожертвовать своей фигурой. И из веса в 76кг я стала 130. Об этом я позже раскажу. Была очень сложная беременность и экстренное кесарево. 
Рассказывать буду вам все подробности и мелочи. 
Меня постоянно окружают прекрасные люди. Видеть их счастливые лица - это прекрасно!
Спасибо им всем, спасибо вам всем! Вы прекрасны! Сохраняйте красоту в себе. Сохраняйте красоту в других. И тогда эта красота покорит мир! А я буду в этот момент рядом и буду радоваться за вас, ведь в вашей удаче будет присутствовать и часть моей мечты. А значит моя мечта "покорить мир" осуществляется.

Я сама хочу проделать этот нелегкий путь к своей фигуре.

🔸”Don’t get too big! Don’t get too muscly! Otherwise when you’re old you will be carrying a whole amount of extra fat and skin! Buaj 🤢” This is the biggest stupidity ever. People! You can’t convert muscle into fat or the other way around! 👇🏻

🔸 What you can actually do is change your body composition in a way that your appearance is more toned and athletic by increasing your muscle mass and decreasing your body fat. What happens when you stop training? Your muscle mass will decrease slightly ( depends on the amount of time you take off ) and because your muscle activation is lower this will mean you burn less calories therefore you don’t burn body fat so this increases. That’s the correct answer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔸 I wish I could turn broccoli into a full jar of peanut butter and have the same macros but sadly that won’t happen 🤷🏻‍♂️😩 Same with your body composition! You can’t increase your muscle mass without decreasing your body fat ( considering you’re not a strongman who eats a cow for breakfast ) and you can decrease your muscle mass without losing a single pound of fat ( amateur runners )

🔸So what can I do! Choose training sessions and exercises which have a high impact on your nervous system and metabolism. Which ones? Big compound movements such as Squats, Deadlifts, military press, etc. And at the end choose cardiovascular training that suits your lifestyle and schedule👉🏻HIIT is probably the answer. You can burn out in 10 mins and you’re body will be still consuming  calories hours after the training. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
