Fasting is great for health. The best way to fast is Mondays and Thursdays from Dawn to Sunset without Food or water. I Fast for a month once a year for Ramadan, from Dawn to sunset. Fasting at least twice a week has amazing health benefits and improves health maintenance. 
We fast for Ramadan for 1 month and these are preparation tips for when we fast. Ramadan happens once a year and next time will be May 2020!
Instructions!👇🏽
Waking up before Dawn and having a small meal. 
Drink at least Two cups of water before Dawn
You should take Coconut Oil, and about 30g of Fibre in the evening. 
To get your body used to fasting, start by practicing fasting before Ramadan, you can try 3 sets of Fasting Sessions 
Dawn till Noon
Dawn till Afternoon 
Dawn till Sunset.
The most complete fast is Dawn till sunset. Skinny people can fast as well, they just need to adjust their diet in the evening. For those trying to lose weight they reduce their caloric intake and adjust their diet to include more plant based foods.
Fasting also helps with spiritual growth, and makes you more empathetic.

Did you know that circadian fasting- the type of fasting I like to do —results in weight loss, improves cell repair (and skin repair 😍!), gut repair and more. Yes it’s mostly animal studies and yes the data is young but I’ve definitely tried it for myself and for people I work with (my wellness consult clients) —with great benefits. More energy, brighter skin, less inflammation, less disease. Like I said try it out for two days this week – stop eating before 8 PM and then don’t eat again for at least 12 hours if not 14.

Food today is more like “chemical substances” which make our hormones confused and our bodies addicted. .

Less of these chemical substances, more circadian fasting, and more exercise that you love and look forward to - is the solution that no magic 💊 can recreate.

1 teaspoon oregano
1 medium onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained from oil and chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream (half-n-half or coconut milk for healthier option)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup spinach (or more if you like) ~

This was the first summer that I did not get a sunburn (my skin is pretty fair!) & I didn’t wear any sunscreen!
.
I attribute this to eating my daily salmon roe, grassfed beef & liver!

- Skipping breakfast

Real causes of disease - Seed oils
- Sugar
- Plant foods
- 6 meals a day
- Addiction to comfort

And you've been told to avoid everything in the first category and embrace the second.
