I'll be the first to admit that if I'm not somewhat organised I easily give in to laziness, not just in relation to food but housework too (but let's not go there 🙊).
So I try to have a freezer with healthy snacks that I can pull out in the morning for J to eat. That way I know he's eating homemade goodness with no preservatives and little to no refined sugar.
Here are some Zucchini & Apple muffins that I made him this morning. I found the recipe in the @woolworths_au dome at @sydney_royal_easter_show last week 😍 I slightly adapted it and have included it in the the comments below ⬇️ Happy Wednesday 😘
