  • Today’s plan. Thought I’d share what I’ve been doing. 2 days of #pushpull #strengthtraining and two days of #pushday #pullday #hypertrophytraining 
The strength days I don’t do more than 6 reps. #Explosive training with primarily #compoundexercises 
6x6 on average with 1 exercise per bodypart  and on hypertrophy days it’s 6x8-12 mostly... with added techniques to increase #tut and overall muscular failure and endurance together. Go hard and go till there’s nothing. That’s my motto these days.  Then REST! Not having a constant flow of gear In my system changes everything. I’m on an 8 week #HCG protocol from my #urologist and the past few years have been #humbling to say the least. I’m healthy and not in a false way but it’s taken a long time to get here. Nothing will ever beat hard work and desire. Drugs are fleeting. It’s not a sustainable life. Period. I learned that years ago, but it’s taken just as long to come back to earth. Listen, I’m glad you found “self-esteem” but steroids aren’t the answer for long-term... I’m 41 years old and yeah you could learn a few things from me. Being 41... in 2019...without the help of test, hgh or any REAL anabolic/ androgencic steroids, sarms or peptides (besides hcg - which bloats the Christ our of you)and I’m still making gains, changes and all of that ....yeah I’d say you could learn a thing or two from a guy like me. #fitfam #facts #fitover40 #bodybuilding #bro #mrolympia #mrolympia2019 #testosterone #chorionicgonadotropin
