Cubital Tunnel Syndrome is also known as Ulnar Nerve Entrapment, which occurs on the inside aspect of your elbow. ➡️Triceps Massage ➡️ Banded Triceps Reach ➡️ Long Lever Triceps Holds - Next we massage the triceps to make exercise more tolerable and follow up with strengthening of the triceps muscle. .
➡️ Wrist Flexors Massage ➡️ Kettlebell Eccentric Wrist Curls - Lastly we work on the common wrist flexors which will share an attachment point with the affected area. Targeting this area is underrated IMO for this nerve entrapment.
