Don’t over complicate food. Simple is enough.

160g Yopro plain 99% fat free yoghurt (or any fat free yoghurt plain)
4 roasted almonds + 4 raw pistachios crushed 
2 tsp natvia salted caramel topping
Mango + Raspberries + Blueberries .

Serves 1

  • DESAYUNO DELUXE!! Pon yogur de soja con coco en el fondo, por encima...¡ay, ahora no sé cómo llamarlo! 😬 te diría que una mermelada, pero no tiene azúcar, lo que sí tiene es naranja, canela, sirope de dátil y semillas de chía. Y coronando, un resto de granola casera que quedaba, (tengo que hacer más). Para tocar el cielo ...metes la cuchara hasta el fondo y mmmmmm

Para la mermelada que no es mermelada he peleado dos naranjas y las he cortado en cachitos chicos, las he puesto en un cazo. Antes había dejado seis dátiles en agua hirviendo, para que ablandaran, y un ratito después los he batido hasta tener el sirope. 
He añadido el sirope a las naranjas y también una cucharadita de canela. Ahí ha estado cociendo a fuego lento, muy lento, y tapado un ratito, hasta que ha reducido un poco. Después he añadido dos cucharadas de postre de semillas de chía y he dejado enfriar. Ha quedado una textura como de mermelada con tropezones y un sabor intenso a canela. ¡Lo más! Ha salido un buen bote, así que tengo que hacer cosas con ello esta semana, a ver en qué pienso. 
De momento repetir esta copa, porque está buenísima 😍

I also LOVE the subtle flavour pop it gives a curry or a salsa! 
I use the roots as well...into my smoothie they go but also as a curry base. Sauté onion & garlic & throw in 4-5 washed roots chopped & sauté for a few mins before adding your spices....Mmmm Flavour! ~

Tepung ni tepung 1st azie guna sejak pndi msk dr zaman anak dara, zaman x kawen smpi la skrg ni. Tepung @syarikat_faiza_official ni mmg pilihan azie sbb utama dia ialah bebas dr benzoil peroxide. Maksudnya tepung bebas bahan peluntur.

2. Bahan tambahan - baking soda, baking powder and active dry natural yeast

  • Bonjour à tous, bonjour chez vous.  Alors voilà hier, je vous parlais du cru au bureau et ce matin avec un peu plus de détails voici mon organisation. J’ai la chance d’avoir au bureau un cuisine ( frigo, four à micro ondes, lave vaisselle, assiettes et couverts). Nous sommes gâtés, faut reconnaît. Généralement, je fais mes découpes et sauces la veille au soir et le matin je finalise en mélangeant le@tout. Au préalable j‘aurais retiré l’eau qui aura dégorgée des légumes et la bois. C’est mon jus du matin, rien ne se perd!🤓🤪. Par contre le jus de légume je le fais le matin. Comme je n’ai pas faim très tôt le@matin je me prépare une purées fruits que j’emporte également avec moi. ¡Vamos a empezar el día con energía y vitalidad! Hoy he preparado unas deliciosas tortitas acompañadas con kiwi @zespri_es y te prometo que con esto nada ni nadie me pueda parar. 
Cuando hablamos de vitalidad lo primero que se nos viene a la cabeza es simplemente una persona enérgica, pero esta palabra significa mucho más: habla de cómo nos relacionamos con los demás, de nuestra motivación, de cómo nos enfrentamos a la adversidad ¡hasta implica a nuestra alimentación! Esto último tan importante, por eso me gusta tanto el kiwi, esta fruta que además de estar riquísima, nos aporta innumerables beneficios a nuestra salud. La vitamina C que contiene, nos ayuda a reducir fatiga y cansancio- y por si no lo sabías también participa en la reparación de tejidos en todas las partes del cuerpo. ¿Te animas a mejorar tu vitalidad este año?

¿Qué necesitas?
✨ 3/4 taza harina de trigo sarraceno + 1 cucharada harina de maíz o fécula de patata-
✨ Si no tienes problemas con el gluten puedes utilizar 1 taza de harina de trigo integral o espelta.
✨ 1 cucharadita bicarbonato.
✨ 3-4 cucharadas sirope de agave, arce, dátil…
✨ 1 taza bebida vegetal a tu elección + 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzana.
✨ AOVE para la sartén.
🌿 Mezcla en un bol tu bebida vegetal junto con el vinagre de manzana y deja que repose unos minutos.

    ¡Vamos a empezar el día con energía y vitalidad! Hoy he preparado unas deliciosas tortitas acompañadas con kiwi @zespri_es y te prometo que con esto nada ni nadie me pueda parar.
    Cuando hablamos de vitalidad lo primero que se nos viene a la cabeza es simplemente una persona enérgica, pero esta palabra significa mucho más: habla de cómo nos relacionamos con los demás, de nuestra motivación, de cómo nos enfrentamos a la adversidad ¡hasta implica a nuestra alimentación! Esto último tan importante, por eso me gusta tanto el kiwi, esta fruta que además de estar riquísima, nos aporta innumerables beneficios a nuestra salud. La vitamina C que contiene, nos ayuda a reducir fatiga y cansancio- y por si no lo sabías también participa en la reparación de tejidos en todas las partes del cuerpo. ¿Te animas a mejorar tu vitalidad este año?

    ¿Qué necesitas?
    ✨ 3/4 taza harina de trigo sarraceno + 1 cucharada harina de maíz o fécula de patata-
    ✨ Si no tienes problemas con el gluten puedes utilizar 1 taza de harina de trigo integral o espelta.
    ✨ 1 cucharadita bicarbonato.
    ✨ 3-4 cucharadas sirope de agave, arce, dátil…
    ✨ 1 taza bebida vegetal a tu elección + 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzana.
    ✨ AOVE para la sartén.

There are many ways to find balance and it will change for every person based on their goals and lives. Of course if you have certain dietary restrictions or health issues your plan will also change.

So here is a great image and breakdown by my friend Amanda @meowmeix on how the 80/20 healthy eating guideline works which is a very popular way of looking at food. 😋🙌⁠⠀

There are so many different ways to setup a healthier nutrition routine. One of the mindset hacks for overcoming guilt when it comes to eating food and finding the right balance is by aiming your weekly food goals for 80% whole foods (with some healthier processed foods in the mix) and 20% fun foods. This is a great goal to be at if you’re starting out!⁠⠀

Now of course, this can change if you’re on vacation for example you might go back to 60% / 40%, but 80%/20% is great place to be at on an ongoing basis. For me personally, I’m more of a 90% healthy foods, 10% fun foods kind of person but find where the balance lies for you.⁠⠀

Additionally if you’re unsure of portion size starting out, tracking calories and macros can be helpful tool to help you reach your goals.   • Easy roasted veggie salad 🥗 with some feta on top 😌 Meant to add pistachios on top too but I ate the last of them without realizing it while making the salad 😂 They would’ve given this a perfect crunch though! Added a little olive oil + balsamic vinegar mixture on top but I love @primalkitchenfoods or @organicgirl for dressings with a little flavor too. Hope you all had a good day! -

#dinner details 👉🏻 Sautéed kale with beets and roasted broccoli. I preheated the oven to 425, wrapped a few beets in aluminum foil, baked for 50 minutes. While they baked, I chopped the broccoli and coated it with 1/2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp balsamic. Roasted for 30 minutes. 
Peeled the beats under cold water once they were done baking. 
Added some avocado and feta on top 😍 #healthyrecipes #easymeals #choosingbalance

  • Savory breakfast plate 👌🏻 2 eggs in zoodle nests + 1 slice of sourdough with avocado 🥑 + a little side of fruit 🍓 I haven’t made zoodle nests of forever but they’re so fun and a nice way to switch up normal fried eggs. Gotta add a slice of toast to round out the plate 😎 If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would probably be a slice of sourdough with avocado on top aka the most basic thing ever 😂 -

#breakfast details 👉🏻 2 eggs in zoodle nests. To make, I used 1/2 of a spiraized zucchini. I stored the other half uncooked in a container in the fridge. I sautéed the zoodles for just a minute in some ghee then formed the nests, cracked the eggs in, and cooked until whites were done. Toasted a slice of @traderjoes sourdough bread with 1/2 avocado and red pepper flakes. Added some strawberries on the side. #healthyfood #eatwell #foodies

  • Air Fried Chili Lime Plantains 😍 Perfect easy appetizer or Super Bowl snack 🙌🏻 I don’t even want to admit how many times I’ve made these the past few weeks 😅 I’ve been on a spicy kick and I love having these to grab a handful and pair with salsa, mashed avocado, or this leftover chipotle cashew sauce from last week. Cheaper than buying a premade bag of them + you control the ingredients! You can store on the counter or in the fridge. I personally like to store the in the fridge and reheat them in the skillet. -

  • If there’s one thing my body 😛 has been telling me this week, it is the amount I have been craving spaghetti squash must mean that I was seriously denying my body all the goodness here. At least that’s what my nutritionist tells me! ❤️ Also this is definitely not pasta but I still love it so much.
