  • Recipe of the week! Sticky, savory sweet asian chicken wings 🙌🙌

These wings are always a huge hit when we have them at events. We love our wings especially with Chumami ❤️

Ingredients below! 
1lb of chicken wings
1/3 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons duck sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons Chumami chili oil
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon white pepper
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a wire rack with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil; set aside.
Using paper towels, pat wings dry. In a large bowl, combine wings, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon white pepper.
Place wings onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime.
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine oyster sauce, ketchup, duck sauce, Dijon, honey, sweet chili sauce, Chumami chili oil. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine wings and half the oyster sauce mixture. Place wings onto the prepared baking sheet and broil, turning once, until glossy and lightly caramelized, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in remaining oyster sauce mixture.
Serve immediately with a side of leftover sauce, garnished with green onions, if desired.

  • @dannybrown_chef the Chef that brought Queens its first Michelin Starred eatery is back at it again with some truly exceptional food. I remember the detail and thought put behind each dish and its shines here at his new home @estuarybk . The @steakclub7 and I tried almost if not the whole menu and it was beyond epic. From the juicy, crispy skinned chicken, to the rich spaghetti carbonara, to the tender steak, it was all impeccably prepared, beautifully plated and outstandingly delicious. For those who want a beautiful view of the city and deliciousness I highly recommend visiting here! 🌟 .
