I had a light bulb moment yesterday.💡I own a business!! Obviously I'm a slow learner, but seriously! 🤯 I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. It runs deep in my family. I started making custom travel baby wipes & ruffled socks & sold them to local boutiques when Jenedsa was a baby. Then I bought & sold used boutique clothes online. Then I'd buy snow clothes from local thrift stores & save them until winter & sell them for 4x-5x what I paid to turn a profit. But now I own an online store that I get paid to shop from myself & invite others to do the same or better yet open their own store, too! It's open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day & I have no inventory & I can work it anywhere in the world, yes, even at home my pajamas! It's a beautiful thing! 
I've got the biggest vision for this business & I'm so excited to share it with others! Who knew that taking the 30 day challenge over 4 years ago would lead to this today, but here we are! Thank God for these products that have changed mine & my family's health & now our future! Arbonne isn't about making a living, it's about making a difference in this world for the good.🌿

Estos últimos días están siendo muy intensos, son un no parar... pero aún así no quería que se me pasará hacer mi pequeña aportación a una buena causa para recaudar dinero para la investigación del cáncer de hígado. Por el cual @bermeo.tuna.world.capitalnos donará 1€ al grupo de investigación en CIC bioGUNE. Donde estudian sobre todo la enfermedad de hígado graso no alcohólico. Está enfermedad afecta a 1 de cada 4 personas y , aunque es benigna hasta cierto punto, evoluciona 1 de cada 5 casos a cirrosis, la cual puede derivar a cáncer con altas tasas de mortalidad. 
El dinero recaudado irá destinado a la investigación contra el cáncer. Hoy es el último día pero si queréis animaros a última hora como una servidora para hacerlo solo tenéis que:
1. Subir foto comiendo atún o un plato con atún📷

  • 45 minute Sunday meal prep ✔️ My weeks always tend to run smoother when I head into them prepared. It took me some time, but I formed habits to cross the adulting tasks off my list during the weekend and still enjoy it to the fullest. ✔️ Breakfast and lunch to start my week
✔️ Partial dinner prep, but menu written out to keep me on track. ✔️ Laundry, cleaning and all of that other glorious nonsense, too. 
I tend to buy 1-2 proteins that’ll last me all week for dinner and get creative with different recipes to avoid getting board and leaning into temptation. .

I LOVE that The programs I follow have TONS of recipes right at my finger tips and everything is easily laid out for me.
My only requirement? Put in a the little effort to follow through and use the tools. 
A goal without a plan is just a wish✨

  • Meal Prep Sunday. We drank wine last night which means we slept poorly. I woke at 4am, fought for an hour to go back to sleep, and finally got up and started the laundry, made the menu and grocery list and got our grocery shopping done by 9:30. (Bonus: there are no lines that early!)

Typically we combine breakfast & lunch on the weekends into one indulgent meal but, since we got up early, we had smoothies to keep us full until lunchtime. Almond milk, ground flax, fiber, spinach, frozen strawberries and bananas (hidden), mandarin oranges, and unripe honeydew (unripe melon is great for smoothies).

This week we'll have granola bars and fruit for breakfast. Granola bars recipe courtesy of @therealfoodrds; they're yummy, easy to make, and easy to customize. I added chia seeds this time.
.
Lunches will be easy this week: meat and cheese lettuce wraps. I love this clean, sugar-free bacon and this Dietz and Watson lunch meat. No nitrites or nitrates and, while I prefer no sugar, I'm happy the ingredients are "real".

Meal prep and chores were done so early, we got a good nap in before hitting the gym. Glutes and hamstrings worked today. 👊

Now we can relax and enjoy the rest of weekend!

  • SHRIMP ZUCCHINI BOATS
Calories: 220kcal 
Carbohydrates: 6g 
Protein: 20g 
Ingredients
3 large zucchini
1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning divided
1 teaspoon olive oil or olive oil spray
4 tablespoons butter divided
1 pound raw shrimp shell and tail removed, deveined
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup marinated artichoke hearts chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
½ cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out the center in order to create a well. Roughly chop and save all of the zucchini that you scoop out for later.

Spray or brush zucchini boats with olive oil. Sprinkle them with about a half teaspoon of the garlic herb seasoning. Heat a grill over medium high heat and set the oiled zucchini boats cut side down. grill for about 5 minutes without turning in order to seal. Alternatively, you can bake in a 450 degree oven, cut side down, for 5-10 minutes. Set aside.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add shrimp to hot melted butter. Add remaining garlic herb seasonings as well as 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Allow to cook until bottom side starts to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes, turn and cook for another minute. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In same pan melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add remaining zucchini and artichoke hearts. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Place grilled zucchini boats on a baking sheet. Fill with cooked zucchini filling. Tear each shrimp into smaller pieces and place on top of zucchini filling. Top with grated parmesan cheese.

Heat under broiler until cheese turns golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Serves: approx. 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb jumbo wild caught pink shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Marinade:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt, more or less to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, more or less to taste
1.5 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika, or regular paprika

DIRECTIONS:
In either a medium mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, mix together all ingredients for the marinade. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Seal your container or bag, place in the fridge and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes (worth it, my hangry peeps!☝🏼)
Preheat your griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Once heated, add the shrimp and cook through. Approximately 4-5 minutes (less for smaller shrimp).
Serve with your favorite veggies or what you see pictured. ☺️

This time I needed more protein for breakfast because I had a high intense workout the night before, so @gomacro protein bar is the best option for that. It’s healthy, delicious and has lots of protein👌🏻
Cook the oatmeal as described on the package.
Add organic strawberries, organic blueberries, @gomacro protein bar and coconut flakes.
Enjoy!😋

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cauliflower grated
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the waffle iron.
Cut the cauliflower in half. Save half for another use, and cut the florets from the other half. Pulse the florets in a food processor until the cauliflower is minced and looks almost like rice or couscous.
Transfer the cauliflower to a bowl, then add the cheese, eggs, flour, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together until well-blended.
Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray and add about one cup of the cauliflower mixture to the pre-heated waffle iron. Cook for 6 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower waffle from the waffle iron and make the next waffle.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
