💠Bananı halqa şəklində doğrayıb formamıza düzürük.
💠Üzərinə xırda-xırda doğranmış şokolad səpirik.
💠Üstünə yulaflı qarışımı əlavə edirik.
💠Südlü qarışımımızı töküb, artıq qalan tünd şokoladı da üzərinə əlavə edirik.
💠200°C qızıdırlmış sobada təqribi 40 dəq. üstü qızarana və yulaf tam bişənə qədər bişiririk.
🌟Südlü məhlulu yulaflı qarışımın üzərinə tökəndə diqqət etmək lazımdır ki, hər tərəfə bərabər yayılsın.

🌹Запеченная овсянка🌹
◽овсянка - 300 г
◽изюм - 60 г
◽яйцо - 2 шт.
◽молоко - 600 мл
◽банан (спелый) - 1 шт.
◽горький шоколад - 60 г
◽разрыхлитель - 1 ч.л.
◽корица - 1 ч.л.
◽соль по вкусу
♥В емкости смешиваем овсянку, изюм, соль, разрыхлитель, корицу и хорошо перемешиваем.
♥В отдельной миске взбиваем яйцо и молоко.
♥Банан нарезаем кружочками и распределяем по дну формы.
♥Сверху посыпаем мелко нарезанным шоколадом.
♥Сверху выкладываем сухую смесь.
♥Заливаем все жидкой смесью и посыпаем оставшимся шоколадом.
♥Выпекаем 40 минут при температуре 200°С до золотистой корочки и готовности овсянки.
✨Когда заливаем жидкой смесью надо следить за тем, чтобы все распределилось равномерно.

  • Last week was a big fat fail. It was a rubbish week on so many levels. I didn’t have my focus or will power and I gave up.

La mantequilla de maní es en realidad una fuente de grasa. Muchas veces las fuentes que las personas piensan son proteínas en realidad muy bajas en proteínas y generalmente altas en carbohidratos o grasas. -
Cuando agregue proteínas a su dieta, trate de atenerse a los alimentos más en el lado izquierdo y estará listo. 🤗

Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
• 1/2 cup vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• 4 cups baby spinach
• 3/4 cups sun dried tomatoes
• 1/3 cups white wine, vegan
• 16oz rigatoni
• salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Start boiling water for your rigatoni, cook according to package instructions.
2. While you are bringing water to a boil, drain the soaked cashews and add them, the vegetable broth, nutritional yeast and lemon juice to a blender. Blend on high until nice and smooth scraping down the sides as needed. It may take a few minutes. Now add salt and pepper to taste. Just leave in the blender for a few minutes until you need it.
3. Once the date is boiling, cook your pasta until it is al dente. Drain when finished.
4. In the mean time, heat the olive oil in a large skillet, on medium high. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute. Then add the spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach has wilted and the sun dried tomatoes are soft. Add the wine and simmer for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat as needed.
6. Now stir in the cashew cream sauce until completely combined. Taste and adjust seasoning adding more salt and pepper as needed.
7. Turn the heat off and add the rigatoni to the skillet. Todd the pasta in the sauce and coat completely. Serve immediately! It’s topped with fresh basil and cracked black pepper!

it was definitely quite a challenge taking bites of this, but so worth the extra work 😎

  • Vegan Pad Thai 🍜😍

Recipe
serves 2-3
Ingredients: 
7-8 ounces rice noodles 
2 tablespoons avocado oil or vegetable oil 
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 container baked tofu or firm tofu 
4 green onions, cut into 2-inch strips
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
Sauce:
4 tablespoons soy sauce 
4 tablespoons cane sugar sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Sriracha
2 tbsp pure tamarind paste OR (you can make your own… I did! 6 sweet tamarind pods + 1 cup hot water: in this case use 4 tbsp of the homemade tamarind paste)
Notes: -Tamarind paste is sometimes difficult to find thats why I like making my own! It is easy to make too! *DON’T skip the tamarind paste. Its the primary flavor in pad Thai! -You could find tamarind pods in an Asian grocery store and sometimes even regular grocery stores too! -If you buy the rice noodles in an asian market buy the “rice sticks; pho noodles” or at a regular grocery store they are typically just called either Pad Thai noodles or rice noodles. 
Method:
1.If you have chosen to make your own tamarind paste, take off the shell of 6 tamarind pods then place in a bowl with 1 cup of hot water. Let sit for 5 minutes then using a large fork break down the tamarind, smashing it and mixing…it should create a lumpy sauce, Mix until it becomes a bit smoother…you will see the seeds & a bit of lumpiness.
2.Next grab a medium bowl and spoon out 2 tbsp of tamarind sauce into the bowl (make sure to not get any seeds or big lumps) if using store bought tamarind paste use 2 tbsp, then add cane sugar, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce and Sriracha and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth and set aside. 
3.Prepare the rice noodles according to the directions on package. *The rice noodles I purchased at the asian market required for 6-8 minutes of soaking in hot water. * Its okay that the noodles feel a bit firm (al dente!). Noodles continue to cook in the pan with the sauce.
