  • I am going through my closet and I was blown away by this...I remember being tired, in pain, and always hiding out. I never want to be that person again. If you're struggling,  I'm here to tell you, there was no fad diet, or weight loss pill, or magic tea. I ate better and move more. I'm not a workout maniac, but that was all it took. I have basket balls, wall balls, and tennis rackets and balls in the back of my car all the time. I started playing with my kids. I got out of the house and saw some of the most beautiful parts of Oregon.  I stopped hiding out, and 5 (almost 6) pants sizes later, I love my life. Even if all you have time for is a short walk, make it a priority.   • Found this photo of me (right one) from about 4 years ago and needless to say I was spooked 😦😫 What a difference it can make when you change your mindset!! 🙌🏼😭 I was so unhappy with how I felt and how I looked back then. I know it’s not all about outward appearances but I was very unhealthy. Constantly having problems with my health due to what I was putting in my mouth! I’m so glad I made the commitment to lead a healthier & happier lifestyle ✨🥑 Anyone can do it! Life is all about decisions 💖

  • Did you know that in 2014/15 a measly 7% of adult Australians ate the recommended serves of vegetable intake a day! A pretty sad number hey. ⠀⠀
🥬 Whilst I was pretty good at eating vegetables before deciding to lose weight, I knew I wasn’t eating enough. ⠀⠀
🍅 So, one of the non-negotiables I worked into my plan was to up my veggie intake. ⠀⠀
🥦 I now aim to work vegetables into every meal and whilst my habits have been a bit hit and miss at times, I know that the simple act of bulking out meals with vegetables has served not just my weight loss efforts but my overall health and wellness as well 😊

  • My fav way to get my day off on the right foot—a delicious bowl of overnight oats! I made the base with 3/4cup organic hulled rolled oats, 2tsp cacao powder, 1cup @pureharvest oat milk, 1.5tsp @natures.nutrition coconut flower nectar, pinch of pink salt & cinnamon. Topped it off with banana, dates, cranberries, blueberries, mixed nuts&seeds.

Tuesday is big leg day for me!! Haven’t posted squats for a while so here we are. I did 1x14 135 lbs, 2x12 145 lbs, 2x10 155 lbs, and a NEW PR 1x10 165 lbs 😍😍 they’re not perfect but I’m working to improve every week. It’s all about PROGRESS!! 💪🏻
