¾ cup chopped pecans (90 g)⁣⁣⁣

3 oz cream cheese (85 g)⁣⁣⁣

1 cup all-purpose flour (140 g)⁣⁣⁣

Preparation⁣⁣⁣
Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Make the filling: Add the sugar and butter to a large bowl and cream with an electric hand mixer until fluffy.⁣⁣⁣

Add the chopped pecans and fold to combine. Set aside.⁣⁣⁣

Make the crust: In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.⁣⁣⁣

Add flour and beat to incorporate, then knead the dough with your hands until smooth.⁣⁣⁣

  • Turkey, plantain, and spinach hash (paleo/AIP)

Ingredients: 1lb ground turkey, 1 yellow onion, 2Tbsp avacado oil, 1 yellow plantains, 2tsp dried oregano + parsley, 1tsp salt, 1tsp died cilantro, 1/2 tsp garlic, 4 cups fresh spinach, 1/2cup fresh parsley, 1/4 olive oil, 1Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1Tbsp lemon juice

Add the thyme, fennel and 2 tsp dried oregano to the avocado oil in a pan. Then brown the crumbled sausage in the pan, and then the onion. In a new pan fry the diced plantain until golden, and add to the first pan. Next add the 1tsp garlic, salt, 1tsp dried cilantro and 2tsp dried parsley. Lower the heat to add the spinach and cover with a lid until it is wilted. Mix thoroughly.

Green sauce: blend fresh parsley, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, lemon, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp dried oregano, and salt.

  • Prueba esta receta vegana y llena de sabores 🤤

Ingredientes (2 porciones)
🍄 1/2 libra de champiñones enteros (lavar bien ya que por lo general tienes resto de tierra)
🍄1/4 libra de champiñones tajados
🍄mantequilla clarificada o ghee
🍄levadura Nutricional
🍄queso tipo mozzarella de almendras o queso mozzarella normal
🍄crema de coco (que sea natural sin colorantes ni azúcar añadido)
🍄sal y pimienta

Procedimiento:
🤍 sofreímos en un poquito de mantequilla los champiñones tajados
🤍en agua hirviendo ponemos por 3 mins lo champiñones enteros
🤍escurrimos los champiñones enteros y los salteamos con ghee y añadimos los champiñones tajados
🤍revolvemos hasta que estén dorados y agregamos sal y pimienta
🤍añadimos crema de coco
🤍una vez la crema esté bien integrada con los champiñones le agregamos levadura nutricional y volvemos a revolver
🤍pasamos la preparación a una refractaria y cubrimos con queso rallado (almendras o mozzarella)
🤍llevamos al horno por 20 a 30 mins a 180c
🤍disfrutar !!!!

  • ¡Sólo tú sabrás lo FÁCIL y rápido que fue preparar este pollo a la MOSTAZA! 🍗
👤 PORCIONES: 2
📝 INGREDIENTES:
-	1 cda de mantequilla
-	1 cda de cebolla picada
-	1 cdita de ajo picado
-	1 cda de romero picado
-	1 pechuga de pollo cortada en mitades, sin hueso ni piel
-	1/2 taza de caldo de pollo
-	1 1/2 tazas de crema para batir
-	2 cdas de mostaza Dijon
-	1 cda de mostaza antigua
-	1 cdita de sal
-	1/2 cdita de pimienta
Para decorar:
-	suficiente orégano
PREPARACIÓN:
1.	En un sartén, derrite la mantequilla y cocina la cebolla a fuego medio hasta que esté transparente.
2.	Agrega el ajo y el romero. Cocina por un par de minutos.
3.	Agrega el pollo y cocina por ambos lados hasta que esté dorado.
4.	Agrega el caldo de pollo, la crema y las mostazas. Sazona con sal y pimienta, y cocina tapato por 20 minutos o hasta que el pollo esté cocido.
5.	Decora con orégano fresco. Acompaña con pan y verduras a la parrilla.

Ingredients
One 4-pound whole chicken, innards removed
1 large yellow onion, peeled and chopped into large pieces
2 medium carrots, chopped into large pieces
2 celery stalks, chopped into large pieces
1 large head garlic, cut crosswise
½ to 1 jalapeño, cut lengthwise, plus more for garnish
Two 3-inch pieces ginger, peeled and chopped
1 large bunch fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces (170g) fresh spinach or other tender greens
2 lemons, thinly sliced

Instructions
1. Combine the chicken, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, jalapeño, ginger, parsley, coriander, salt and black pepper in a large Dutch oven or saucepan. Add enough cold water to cover. Cover the pot and bring the liquid to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, skimming any impurities that might rise to the top of the liquid with a metal spoon. Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender and falls apart, 55 minutes to an hour. 
2. Transfer the chicken to a large plate and collect any broth that might drip down. Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the stock into a clean saucepan and keep warm over low heat. Taste the stock and add salt if you feel it needs it. Shred the chicken using a fork. If you have more meat than you would like to serve, this is great to freeze for another use.
3. Divide the spinach, shredded chicken, jalapeño and lemon slices among serving bowls and top with the hot broth.

1 can @traderjoes roasted tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans 
1 cup sautéed red/green/yellow pepper medley 
1 can tomato paste 
Cumin to taste 
Chili powder to taste 
Salt/pepper to taste 
Cool ground turkey with 1/2 pack taco seasoning. Set aside. Add San Marzano tomatoes to crock pot. Crush tomatoes with your hands (my fav part lol). Add all other ingredients including turkey. Add spices. For a quicker cook- cook on high for 2 hours 30 min. For slow cook- cook on low for 4 hours 30 minutes. Et voila! Top with your fav extras! I added cheddar cheese, low cal sour cream & a side of corn chips from @traderjoes 😍

5 chicken breasts, boiled, until cooked, and pulled apart until a shredded consistency, set aside.
2 bell peppers chopped and diced, 
1 onion chopped and diced add to slow cooker, add 1/3 cup of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of mild salsa, season with garlic, onion, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper, Cajun seasoning and chipotle. 
Let it slow cook for about 45 mins then add your chicken and slow cook for another 30 mins allowing the flavour to set.
Take a 10” wrap and rim melted garlic butter around the edges of the wrap, portioning the chicken mix to half of the wrap, add shredded cheese and fold, brushing more garlic butter on top of the wrap
Bake for 20 mins @425 or until golden brown

  • Peach 🍑 shaped steamed buns with 🍠 filling (Shoutao Bao '寿桃包')🧧are often served at birthday parties & during festive seasons as they symbolize long life. I used a sweet potato filling but the more common ones are red bean or lotus seed paste. Happy Friday & safe trip to those who are traveling home for the Lunar New Year.  As for our family, we will be having a simple reunion dinner '团圆饭' tonight. 😍⁣

Recipe (yields 8 buns)⁣⁣
🌱Filling ingredients:⁣⁣
~ 2 medium-size sweet potatoes - baked at 450F for 45mins, skin removed & mashed⁣⁣
~ 3 tablespoons sugar (more for a sweeter filling)⁣⁣
⁣🌱Bun Ingredients:⁣⁣
~ 1 2/3 cups cake flour, sifted (more for dusting)⁣⁣
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, room temperature⁣⁣
~ 3 teaspoons sugar⁣⁣
~ 1 teaspoon active dry yeast⁣⁣
~ 1/2 teaspoons each: matcha & beetroot powder⁣
⁣
⁣✅To make the filling, bake sweet potatoes with skin on at 450F for 45mins until fork tender inside. Remove skin, mash & season with sugar. Alternatively, you can steam cubed🍠 until soft👌🏻
✅To make the buns, place the flour in a mound on a cleaned surface. Then create a well in the middle using your fingers or spoon, like a volcano. Add the yeast & sugar in the well. Gradually add almond milk & begin to mix the surrounding flour into the mixture. Using a bench scraper, slowly mix the flour until all milk is incorporated & knead into a smooth dough, then divide it into 35g balls. Note: you should have some extra dough to make leaves. To make the leaves, roll the excess dough in matcha powder & knead until well combined. Divide dough into 16 small balls, roll each into a teardrop shape. 👉🏻👀🎥 on how to form the bun from start to finish.⁣⁣
✅Mix beetroot powder with some water, then dab some on the pointy side of the bun. Place buns on cut parchment paper, then onto a steamer rack with at least 1-inch apart. Proof for 10 mins & steam over high heat for 8 mins, leave the lid slightly ajar for 30 secs before removing the lid completely (bamboo steamer is highly recommended). Enjoy these soft fluffy buns with a cup of tea or coffee.⁣⁣

  • ¡Sólo tú sabrás lo FÁCIL y rápido que fue preparar este pollo a la MOSTAZA! 🍗
👤 PORCIONES: 2
📝 INGREDIENTES:
-	1 cda de mantequilla
-	1 cda de cebolla picada
-	1 cdita de ajo picado
-	1 cda de romero picado
-	1 pechuga de pollo cortada en mitades, sin hueso ni piel
-	1/2 taza de caldo de pollo
-	1 1/2 tazas de crema para batir
-	2 cdas de mostaza Dijon
-	1 cda de mostaza antigua
-	1 cdita de sal
-	1/2 cdita de pimienta
Para decorar:
-	suficiente orégano
PREPARACIÓN:
1.	En un sartén, derrite la mantequilla y cocina la cebolla a fuego medio hasta que esté transparente.
2.	Agrega el ajo y el romero. Cocina por un par de minutos.
3.	Agrega el pollo y cocina por ambos lados hasta que esté dorado.
4.	Agrega el caldo de pollo, la crema y las mostazas. Sazona con sal y pimienta, y cocina tapato por 20 minutos o hasta que el pollo esté cocido.
5.	Decora con orégano fresco. Acompaña con pan y verduras a la parrilla.
