  • Crispy lemon garlic tofu and vegan perogi from Costco 😋 I haven’t had perogi since @mississaugavegfest in May from @pierogi_me and those were the best I’ve ever had vegan or not! These aren’t quite as good but they’re still so delicious! They were $12 for 3 bags so I got mushroom, onion and roasted garlic and herb. Super tasty and quick dinner after the gym. Don’t worry I got my greens in via a salad I inhaled when I got home.

  • When you need that good filling sandwich, you go to the one and only restaurant which does it locally. This sandwich was so good that I would eat this every single day 😁.

この秋、2度目の栗仕事。今回は違うスーパーで、一粒づつ吟味して選んだ栗なので、前回のネットに入った栗よりかなり鮮度もよく、腐ったものもなし🙌
渋皮煮もふっくら美味しくできました😊でもお砂糖少なめで、艶がないかなぁ💧

自家栽培のお茄子🍆今年は、不作でしたが、最後のお茄子、小さめで可愛いサイズだったので、まりちゃん @mari_kitchen の茶筅茄子に挑戦✨
切り目を入れたお茄子にオイルを塗ってエアフライヤー調理。
ちょっとお茄子が硬い気がしたけど、捻り捻り~~♪なんとかできたけど、やっぱり まりちゃんみたいに綺麗に作れないな~~😬
揚げ出し豆腐のお豆腐もエアフライで、かなりカロリーカット✂︎
器が小さ過ぎて、ぎゅうぎゅう~~😂盛り付け、下手💦

今日は 即位礼正殿の儀ですね。お仕事や学校ってお休みになるんでしたっけ?
残念ながら雨のようですが☔️私もこちらでテレビで儀式を観たいと思います。

Chickpeas are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Chickpeas may offer a variety of health benefits, such as improving digestion, aiding weight management and reducing the risk of several diseases.

Additionally, chickpeas are high in protein and make an excellent replacement for meat in vegetarian and vegan diets. I am digging in!

Honey Garlic Steak Bites – an incredibly tasty, perfectly easy, 5-ingredient recipe! These take minutes prep and minutes to cook and the simple marinade gives them so much flavor. It’s a dinner recipe everyone can agree on!

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, fat trimmed, diced into cubes just under 1-inch
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp)

Green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

  • VEGGIE SANDWICH ✨It was been a hot minute since I last shared a veggie sandwich with you, which is strange because I seriously eat them allll the time. There are a few components I like to think about when making a sandwich to make sure it’s delicious, filling + nutritious 🙌🏼 1. Whole wheat bread- particularly, I try to look for bread that has at least 4g of both fibre and protein per slice 2. Loaded with allll the veggies I have lurking around my fridge 3. A source of protein! This could be mashed chickpeas, garlic tofu, tempeh, or hummus 4. A source of fat- usually avocado or olives 5. Anything else I want for flavor! I usually add vegan mayo + mustard, but add whatever you like best! ✨.

This particular sandwich has hummus, avocado, arugula, red pepper, red onion + grated carrot 🍂
