  • Stress, distress and eustress

Stress is not immediately something negative, in general it is also seen as something positive because under stress one can also produce better performance (eustress). Distress is negative stress, it occurs when you are chronically to long under stress. what you understand by chronic stress, I  explained it in the previous posts. 
what i would like to talk about now are the consequences of chronic stress.

1)Chronic anxiety, overwhelm, sleep problems.
To long in Hypervigilanz makes you feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed, sleep deprived, aggressive, increase your risk for heart disease, cancer etc. And your Futur child's will genetically have a bigger chance to get all kinds of diseases.

2)Brain fog
Bec of your sleep problems, you will have difficulty with memory.
And to long under cortisol can sabotage your focus, memory and will power

3)sugar, fat, belly fat
Cortisol ist telling your body to storage kcal(and turning tham into fat) for emergencies and is slows down your metabolism.

4)Hormonal problems
Cortisol can block your production of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone and produce more prolactin

5)high blood pressure (no need to explain)

6)immune system problems
If your immune system is on a long term active, it can leads to all kinds of confusion. You will get often sick.

요즘 정말 많은 걸 느낀다 
이끌어가야할 공간이 생겼으며, 
가족같은 정말 소중한 직원들이 생겼다. 
새로운것을 시작하면서 리스크를 두려워하지 않아야하며,

Soo Leute, mein Ostergeschenk jetzt noch an euch🐰🌻: Das Rezept für die Erdbeer-Biskuitrolle!

Ihr braucht:
1 Ei 
1 Eiklar von einem Ei
Xucker @xucker.de 
70g Mandelmehl
30g Backwhey von @shape_republic 
2 TL Backpulver
.
70ml Soyamilch light @alpro .
Für die Creme:
250g Magertopfen
& natürlich jede Menge Erdbeeren 🍓 (ihr könnt auch Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Äpfeln reinmachen - da ist eurer Kreativität keine Grenze gesetzt 😊🎨

Im Prinzip ganz easy, angefangen mit den Eiern und Xucker in einer Schüssel vermengen & schaumig schlagen. (Muss aber nicht komplett steif sein)
Den Rest für den Teig auch in eine Schüssel & die aufgeschlagenen Eier hinzugeben —> alles gut vermischen. Dann hab ich erst die Soyamilch hinzugemischt.

Backofen auf 180C Ober-Unterhitze vorheizen.
.
Den Teig auf einem Backpapier gleichmäßig verteilen (es hilft wenn man das Backpapier etwas einfettet (ich habe Kokosöl hierfür verwendet) das erleichtert später das ablösen 😌☝️& nun ab in den Ofen! .
Seht da regelmäßig nach, der Teig muss nämlich nicht lange im Ofen sein - da er sich sonst umso schlechter zu ner Rolle verarbeiten lässt. .
In der Zwischenzeit, bereiten wir die Creme zu, einfach den Magertopfen mit etwas Wasser vermengen, sodass er nicht ganz so dick ist und mit Xucker süßen.
Zum Schluss noch die Erdbeeren klein schneiden & zum Magertopfen mischen.

Nun den Teig von Backpapier lösen und ihn bestmöglichst versuchen zu ner Rolle vor zuformen. (Ist eine etwas kniffelige Sache da er teilweise dazu neigt zu brechen - aber die Creme hält das ganze dann wieder zusammen 🙃)
Den Teig vorgeformt? - dann die Creme drauf verteilen & einrollen! .

  • Fitness-Food💪🏻🤫 Heute gab es diese leckeren und vor allem gesunden Thunfisch-Buletten. Dazu eine leckere Mango Currysauce und als Nachtisch Datteln😍 Ich kann das jedem nur empfehlen der gesundes Essen möchte, im Training ist oder eine Diät macht das ist ein richtiges Allround-Menü. Und was für manche auch wichtig ist es ist günstig und deckt trotzdem viele wichtige Nährstoffe ab. Viel Spaß beim selber machen mit dem Rezept:

50g Semmelbrösel
2 Eier
Salz&Pfeffer
Paprikapulver
Eine Dose Thunfisch
Ein Brötchen (kann ruhig schon älter und somit härter sein)
Einen Schuss Olivenöl (für ein wenig Geschmeidigkeit beim kneten)

Öl zum anbraten

Zuerst wird das Brötchen in einem Wasserbad gelegt um sich ordentlich voll zu saugen. In der Zeit können die restlichen Zutaten in eine Schüssel gegeben werden... dann wird das Brötchen aus dem Wasserbad genommen und ausgedrückt und zu den anderen Zutaten in die Schüssel gegeben. Die Zutaten dann miteinander vermengen bis ein ähnlicher "Teig" wie auf dem Bild entsteht. Danach kleine Bouletten Formen und in die vorgeheitzte Pfanne geben und anbraten. FERTIG 💪🏻 TIPP: Die Bouletten sind relativ trocken durch den Thunfisch deswegen empfehle ich eine leckere Soße dazu😏Viel Spaß und guten Appetit😘

2) cortisol :
Cortisol is a steroid hormone. Like the steroids doctors prescribe for inflammation, one of the main jobs of your body’s naturally occurring cortisol is to keep inflammation from getting out of hand. Cortisol has received a bad reputation as “the stress hormone,” and it’s true that when It’s too high or too low, problems abound, as you’ll soon learn. But cortisol isn’t a villain. It’s an essential survival hormone, responsible for regulating major biological processes including metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and protein, the responsiveness of your immune system to
infection and inflammation, your hormonal balance, sex drive, and reproduction—as well as your thyroid hormone production.
Cortisol is meant to be secreted by your adrenal glands in a daily. It is highest in the morning, when it gives you a natural surge of energy called the cortisol awakening response (CAR—an easy way to remember that: it gives you drive, and when your CAR won’t start in the
morning, you don’t have the energy you need to get going) to wake up and get your day going. As the day progresses, your cortisol level should taper. Then, at about midnight, when cortisol secretion, and thus the amount circulating in your body, reaches its nadir, you enter into a rest, detoxification, and repair phase while you sleep. Slowly, cortisol begins to climb again, until about 7:00 or 8:00 A.M., cortisol production and release ramp up whenever the stress response gets activated due to stress, which could be threatening situation, infection, or other overwhelming challenges. Cortisol gets you mobilized for protection: it tells your liver to convert stored energy into sugar, which is rapidly pumped into your bloodstream and then to your muscles, so you have an immediate burst of energy if you need to run or fight, he is important for your immune system etc...
When responding to a temporary threat, this system works with perfect elegance. When the threat is over, your body quickly resets to its former calm, without any consequences.“But,” it’s triggered too often, or just doesn’t turn off, than all the protective responses become liabilities.

What do the 2 hormones do and how do they influence our weight?
Your adrenal glands are two small triangular-shaped glands,Tiny as they are, they’re
mighty, and central to your survival. The adrenal glands produce and secrete, among a number of
hormones and chemicals, adrenaline and cortisol. Together, these regulate your body’s ability to
protect you from infection (immunity); regulate your blood sugar, fat storage, and mobilization
to provide you with energy (metabolism); and drive your sexual desire, hormonal cycles and
levels, and ability to get pregnant, carry, and nourish babies (reproduction). They also drive you
into fast action when you’re in danger and provide the fuel you need to sustain that action. 
1) Adrenaline
The adrenal glands initially respond to a real, potential, or perceived threat by pumping out a chemical called adrenaline. Under adrenaline’s influence, your
heart rate quickens, Your blood vessels constrict, causing your blood pressure to go up, infusing your brain and muscles with oxygen-rich blood, etc  what we want to know is that your body directs energy away from any functions that aren’t needed in the immediate face of danger,
such as digestion and reproduction, temporarily affecting your gut and hormone balance. Your pupils dilate to take in more peripheral vision and help you see if it’s dark, and your senses sharpen, leading to a state of hypervigilance, which means you are keenly aware of and sensitive to every possible threat or hint of danger in your environment. All the while the amygdala is imprinting every aspect of the possible threat so you remember in exquisite detail the sounds, sights, smells, and feelings associated with this hazard, as aprotective mechanism against possible future threats. It’s this same hypervigilance, also sometimes called hyperarousal, that keeps you on the edge of your seat and makes you jump at the slightest sound when you’re watching a scary movie—which, if you’re a sensitive type

  • Stress is one of the biggest reasons why you can't lose weight, and it doesn't just end with weight.
It affects almost everything in your body because it triggers a chain of reactions. 
Some would say I'm not under stress and still can't lose weight.
That's because you are under stress and don't know it, there are several kinds of stress not only mental. In the last post we mentioned what happens when you take food triggers, your body can't process them and it automatically becomes toxic which leads to your body being under stress even though you're not mentally.

I am just so overwhelmed by everything in my life. And my husband, bless his heart. He's patient, but I am pushing him away. I never want to be intimate with him bec I don't feel sexy. I am completely out of control.
I just want to feel like myself again, I want my life back, I want to remember what feeling good feels like.

And you are asking urself, why is this happening to me, I am eating healthy, i am doing my body pump course few times in the week, and still feeling like shit.

The answer is simple, it's time to start to listen to your body, he is talking to you all the time but u are ignoring him, and ofc he is going to punish you for that, who in the world like to be ignored.
In the upcoming posts, I'll explain how to listen to your body and what could prevent you from losing weight even though you try so hard without success.
Evryone is different, what is healthy for you doesn't have to be for me.

Don't give up just because after so many tries it didn't work out, what you lacked was the right approach.
