  • Here’s my homemade noodle stir fry, good hot or cold, at home or on the go

Ingredients: whole wheat linguini, tofu carrots, slaw mix (without any dressing or funny fruits), chopped onions, red bell peppers, shiitake

Seasonings for tofu: salt, pepper, five spice, garlic, cayenne

Sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and just a splash of red wine vinegar (would’ve preferred lime juice)

  • Hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather isn’t it lovely🌞 I am away for a few days so my diet has kinda gone to the dogs - I do feel bad but you know what it’s okay to have treats and you DEFO should not feel bad✌️This is a breakfast from last week - I had 2 @weetabixofficial with @alpro almond milk topped with homemade granola, banana and goji berries💚 Loads of goodness it the bowl😆

  • Homemade chocolate glazed chocolate donuts! Would you believe me if I told you these are dairy-free, gluten-free, AND delicious?! We glazed them with a mix of dark chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate from @enjoylifefoods 
Had a little help from my 12-year old baker, who added shredded coconut to the top of his donuts. Wish I had taken better photos, but the kids were impatient to dive in.
🍩 So easy to make! Was thrilled that I already had all of the ingredients when I saw the recipe from @yourekaleingmesmalls

Make every Friday your day to harness & magnify all the good feelings within you. As you move through the day, give all your attention to how you are feeling. Keep filling yourself up with more and more good feelings. To flood yourself with good feelings, fill your day with what makes you feel good. Listen to your favorite song on repeat. Watch your favorite movie. Buy your favorite lunch. See your favorite friend. Happy dance because it’s the weekend. Go roam the aisles of grocery stores that you’ve walked through 1000 times. Just do the things you love and that make you feel so good that you are brimming over with good feelings and cannot take the smile off your face. You will be so overflowing with good feelings that you will float through your whole day in pure bliss 🕊 
This morning I found a piece of my favorite homemade banana bread in my freezer so naturally I had to make a Banana Bread Smoothie (PROTIP: add frozen banana bread chunks halfway through pouring and on top of your smoothie) And let me tell you, it definitely gave me ALL the GOOD feelings 😌🤤

  • Whipped up a batch of my no bake snicker bars because it has been a hot minute since I’ve made them🙌🏼. If you haven’t tried these yet, I definitely say you add these to your weekend plans. These bad boys are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free✔️

Raw snicker bars
Cookie base
1 cup @onedegreeorganics sprouted gf oats
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
1 tsp @primalpalate vanilla extract
1-2 Tbsp flaxseed meal (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup
If too dry add 1 Tbsp filtered water at a time until you get sand like consistency

Pulse in food processor, add an even layer of the cookie base to a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and place in freezer for 10 minutes.

Caramel filling
6-8 medjool dates soaked overnight
1/4 cup @georgiagrinders cashew butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
2 Tbsp filtered water

Pulse in food processor, add a thick layer to the cookie base, along with chopped cashews, and put back in freezer (5-10 minutes).

Melt 1 bar of @hukitchen cashew dark chocolate bar, spread on top of Carmel filling, top with cashews, and store in freezer for 30 minutes. With a sharp knife Cut up and serve. Store in fridge for up to a week or freezer for longer.

  • Broccoli Soup | شوربة البروكلي

If you're looking for a creamy, light  soup that is loaded  with flavor, then this  broccoli soup is healthy and easy to make! .
.
Ingredients 
1 pound broccoli
1 small potato
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper, cumin for seasoning
Vegetable broth or water
.

Method 
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. .
.
Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until semi-translucent. .
.
Add the garlic and salt,  and cook for 2-3 minutes more, until the garlic is fragrant.
.
.
Add the  potatoes, broccoli, vegetable broth or water  and bring to a boil. .
.
Cover and reduce the heat to low. .
.
Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
.
.
Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
.
.
Stir in the cumin and pepper, then ladle into bowls.
.
.
شوربة البروكلي شوربة كثير طيبه وصحيه وخفيفه خاصة وانه شهر الخير عالأبواب وكل يوم بنحتاج انه صحن الشوربه يكون على مائدة الافطار .. فحتى ما نزهق نوع واحد من الشوربه حيكون في وصفات متعدده لشوربات صحيه وسهلة التحضير  من كل انواع الخضار المتاحه ... صحتين 😍

500غم بروكلي
1 بطاطا حجم صغير
1 بصله صغيره مقطعه
2 ملعقه كبيره زيت زيتون
ملح ، فلفل اسود وكمون 
ماء .

سخني  الزيت في وعاء الطبخ  على نار متوسطه... ثم اضيفي البصل المقطع واطبخيه لمدة 3 دقائق او حتى يذبل
.
.
اضيفي الثوم والملح واطبخي ل 3 دقائق اخرى .
.
اصيفي البطاطا المقطعه والبروكلي والماء ( الماء يغمر البطاطا والبروكلي) 
بعد الغليان يغطى الوعاء وتطبخ المكونات على نار هادئه لمدة 20 دقيقه او حتى يستوي  البروكلي تماما

باستخدام الخلاط اليدوي او العادي تخلط المكونات حتى تصبح الشوربه ناعمه و كريميه

تضاف البهارات وتحرك جيدا

تغرف الشوربه الى زبادي التقديم وتزين حسب الذوق. .

  • ATTENTION MANCHESTER VEGANS! A new takeaway is in town. We were lucky enough to win a takeaway by @veganshackuk and it was incredibly delicious 😍 the sliders were definitely our favourite. The house sauce is amazing and the soya chunks had the best flavour. The spice mix is just so good. It’s one of the best vegan meat replacements we’ve tried so far 💚 If you haven’t ordered already, do it soon. The owners are so lovely, the food is brilliant and it’s exactly what Manchester needed. We definitely can’t wait to order again. Wish we could do it right now 🤤
