Agni in Ayurveda is the sacred digestive fire. This fire is not only limited to digesting the food.
Agni has the power to convert all that is not you- ie: food, water, sights, sounds, feelings, information- into what is You- ie: your body, emotions and intelligence.💢
Finding and adopting the right daily routine will re-energize you. Your mind and body will thank you for the decreased anxiety and extra care you’ve given it.💢
Today we're talking about our daily routine 
The circadian rhythm is a 24 hr cycle that resets itself every morning, as soon as you experience daylight, and which directs the body on when to digest food, how to prepare for sleep and how to regulate everything else (including blood pressure, metabolism, hormone production, etc). So not only what you do (exercise, food, rest, work, rest, etc) matters, but *when* you do it is of paramount importance.💢
This links directly with the Ayurvedic breakdown of the day, which is divided in six 4-hr cycles, starting with Kapha (6 to 10 am), Pitta (10 am to 2 pm), Vata (2pm to 6 pm) and repeat.💢
We all have habits. Big or small, healthy or unhealthy, our habits combine to form routines that play out every day for us.💢

Думаю, многие уже знакомы с корейским брендом @pyunkangyul Что вам понравилось у них больше всего?

⚪️Все продукты бренда подходят для чувствительной кожи, даже есть линейка в борьбе с атопическим дерматитом.

⚪️Peeling Gel- это классическая пилинг-скатка с чистым и минимальным составом.
⠀
⚪️В тубе 100 мл. Имеет мутноватый цвет и немного странный запах (но она без отдушек и красителей). Расход экономичный.

⚪️Состав максимально простой и «чистый». Выделю в нем бетаин салицилат (это производная BHA-кислоты, которая работает с чёрными точками и порами), аллантоин, мочевина.

⚪️Скатка наносится обязательно на сухую кожу сухими руками (иначе она не скатается) после очищения кожи. Гель распределяем по коже до образования катышек и немного массируем ими лицо, после чего смываем. У меня на проблемных участках кожи катышки труднее смываются, как будто прилипают. Такое у меня только с этой скаткой. Скатка мягкая, не травмирует кожу, и хорошо выполняет свою работу!

⚪️Кому нужна скатка? Всем!  С помощью ее отшелушивается ороговевший слой эпидермиса, мешающий проникать полезным элементам в кожу, дышать ей. Также на отшелушенную кожу лучше ляжет любой макияж! Пилинг необходим обладателям шелушащейся, сухой кожи, но также поможет наладить выделение себума жирной коже.

⚪️Это необходимая часть ухода. Другой вопрос, что скатку можно заменить другими видами пилинга (пэды, кислоты), но исключить-не желательно.

⚪️Кожа после пилинга очень нежная, чистая, гладкая, приобретает здоровый цвет. Лучше работает последующий уход. Использую 1-2 раза в неделю, в зависимости от наличия других видов пилинга.

  • When I’m feeling sick, tired, stressed, drained, irritated. All I want to do is grab some chicken wings, binge on tv, and forget anything is necessary of me. However, honestly, rarely does that make any anything better. Reverting to hermit-mc-stuff-your-face-mode always leaves me feeling even worse, and usually farther behind on my responsibilities. 
It’s a hard lesson to learn that what I REALLY need is some water, a good workout, a square meal, and to get back to life. Keeping a normal routine and schedule is what my body needs to keep functioning at “Happy Camper” status. 
So, if find yourself struggling- think 🤔 When was the last time I had some veggies? Instead of heavy carbs and loads of sugar. When was the last time I drank some water? Rather then five cups of coffee. When was the last time I really sweated it out? Not collapsing into the couch the first second I have. 
Simple things will flip your mood, I promise. Take care of yourself, everyday. Even on the off days. That’s when you need it the most.

Too often when we begin work on setting ourselves up with a routine, we create a tiimetable of sorts, with activities and tasks scheduled in with varying degrees of precision throughout our day. But there is a more nuanced approach to routine, one that allows for the flexibility that your creative self sometimes needs. Try thinking of routines as a rhythm to set your day to - an underlying drum beat that you are free to create the melody over. It's there to give structure and consistency while allowing for fluctuations; in your workload, your motivation, your energy. One day can be a complex concerto, the next a simple solo (have I stretched this musical metaphor far enough yet?). You can begin to rely on your days to provide you with however much space and freedom you need right then.

Whoch kind of days get you craving some kind of routine? For me, it's days when I'm waiting for something to happen - we had an engineer visit scheduled to fix our WiFi a few weeks ago and I struggled to get ANYTHING done during the obscenely long appointment window...

  • Starting back into healthy living!
I’m starting to get back to my regular routine! I’m not perfect and I do fall off sometimes!

So how do I get back into my routine!

I’m a big believer that tomorrow is a new day so I set intentions for my day the night before!

It is second Nature to me to go to the gym and eat right so when I don’t I feel off! I want to feel myself so going back into a routine helps me a ton!

Take the first steps to go to the gym! The gym always makes me feel better and more motivated!

Journal about what got me off my routine and how I will start again!

And of course give myself time love and patience!
