  • Arroz Amarillo con Pollo - another #onepotmeal that's #easy, #customisable and #healthy. 
Literally translated, this is yellow rice with chicken, a take on the versatile Arroz con Pollo (rice and chicken), a cousin of the subcontinental pulao that is common across Latin America.

This particular version originates in Las Tunas province in #cuba amongst the #macheteros who are employed in planting and harvesting the sugarcane, the main engine of the economy. 
While #annatto seeds are used to give the yellow colour in the original recipe, I swapped that for #turmeric. Light and mildly spiced with a base of chopped #onions,  #tomato and #garlic, it is cooked in #extravirginoliveoil and flavoured with #cumin, #bayleaves and #peppercorns.

Ciecierzycę, oliwę, tahini, czosnek i przyprawy blendujemy. Dodajemy stopniowo łyżkami wodę z ciecierzycy. Dolewamy tyle ile nam odpowiada - im więcej wody tym rzadsza konsystencja. Ja daje jej dużo bo uwielbiam gdy hummus jest bardzo kremowy.

  • With An Ayurvedic Approach to Joint Pain Intensive in full swing, we have our minds on all things ayurveda! A great ayurvedic recipe is the classic Cumin Coriander Fennel (CCF) Tea, which is often enjoyed in the spring and during a cleanse. A simple tea to be sipped between meals, it helps to gently stimulate your agni (digestive fire), and to cleanse your body of ama (toxins). Classic CCF TEA Recipe

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
4 cups purified water 🌺

Directions: 
Bring water to a boil in a medium size saucepan. Add the spices and turn heat to medium. Leaving the lid off, keep the liquid at a rolling boil until you have approx 3 cups of liquid left. Strain liquid through a wire mesh strainer and sip warm or at room temperature.
If you feel your digestion needs a little more stimulation, you can add a little fresh ginger root to your CCF tea. If you suffer from dry skin or dry hair, you can add 1 tsp of whole licorice root to the tea blend and boil it along with the cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds. 🍃

جمعتون قشنگ 🥰 
من تو خیلی از رسپی هام ادویه گارام ماسالا استفاده کردم که یکی از ادویه های هندی است . 
ماسالا به معنای مخلوط ادویه ست . گرام نیز به معنی گَرم هست . پس ادویه گرام ماسالا یعنی ادویه های مخلوط گرم . 
در هند و بعضی از کشورهای آسیایی برای هر مدل از غذاها گرام ماسالا یا ماسالای مخصوص دارند.پس  ادویه گرام ماسالا یک دستور ثابت و دقیق نداره بستگی به کشوری که دستور ادویه از اون می یاد داره.
خیلی ها نتونستن پیدا کنن این ادویه رو برای همین دستورشو میذارم که با میکس تعدادی ادویه راحت درستش کنید و بزارید صدر ادویه هاتون 😁بسکه خوشمزه و خوش عطر و بو میکنه غذا رو 🤗🤗

۲ ق غ تخم گشنیز
۱ ق غ زیره
۲ ق غ دانه فلفل سیاه
۲ ق غ پودر دارچین
۱ ق چ دانه هل ( تقریبا از ۲۰ عدد هل بدست میاد)
۱ ق چ تخم رازیانه
۱/۲ ق چ میخک
۱/۴ ق چ پودر جوز هندی
۴ عدد برگ بو خشک شده
طرز تهیه 
حالا اول میتونید اینا رو رو شعله کم بدون روغن بو بدید تا عطرشون دربیاد و بعد همشون رو آسیاب کنید تا در آخر یه پودر حاصل بشه
