  • When your baby is just two weeks old or some older, he or she will foist you her sleep routine.
⠀
As is well known breast fed babies have a need to be fed each 2-3 hours and the formula fed babies each 3-4. When the baby grows older, he or she starts sleeping longer time between feedings.

😴6 Weeks
⠀
In this age you baby may start skipping the first early feeding and be more energetic right before the bedtime, so that it would be harder for you to nap him or her. Note that it is also typical for the babies of such age to wake up several times a night.
⠀
😴1-2 Months
⠀
As babies grow older, they become more energetic at a daytime and quieter at a nighttime. Anyway, the major part of the babies start sleeping just after 1-3 naps daily. Remember that if your baby sleeps more than 3-4 hours wake him or her up so that he or she would be sleepy in the night.
⠀
😴3 Months
⠀
When the babies are already in this age, that have a bedtime schedule formed. At this point, your main objective is to get your baby to sleep just after feeding, but not during it. You may think it is difficult or even impossible, but if you get your baby in his/her bed while he/she has partially fallen asleep, it would be easier to follow a bedtime schedule with aging.

😴4 Months
⠀
When babies reach such age, they do not need middle of the night meals. Thus, you know they will sleep all night long.
