With that I officially finished up my new program. I've lost 0lbs but gained so much more. This program showed me just how STRONG I am. I learned how to tap into my inner strength, my grit and to just keep going when I wanted to quit, when it got hard and I thought I was done. .
I learned that it's ok to take a second, step back, shake it out and than get right back into the game. It's like that in life too!

I was worried going into this an advanced program but I fucking crushed it with the amazing @amoila_cesar and I cant wait to dig into Round 2...Wanna join me?

  • Coming in as the underdog is quite alright as long as you RISE TO THE OCCASION, with all your might. 
There are many times I felt like I didn’t belong but where I earned my place all along! I felt like it was a mistake or just great luck. I dismissed all my hard work and the grind. I would praise everyone around me but never give myself credit. #truthbomb

When it was time to shine, it’s like a switch went off and I hit it... I pushed to the limits and earn my way to the top but when the attention comes I get all timid. 
How can you be a rising star, who doesn’t like to be bright? Fuck it just EMBRACE IT!!

  • Whenever I travel I always try to find a way to move my body. This trip I ran a 5k race with my cousin Jess. Then My dad had two 20lbs dumbbells in his house so I farmers carried them to the levy nearby and got a quick circuit in. Did it 5 times through.

  • Day 3 of workouts ✅
Lifting a whopping 6-20 lbs. But I  burned 400 calories so I’ll take it.
I also didn’t complain once today 😆😆(you’re welcome Paul 😘)
And I’m wearing my favorite leggings and marine marathon tank 🥰🥰🥰

  • Human performance is awe inspiring. About 9 days until my second marathon and to be honest, I was debating whether to post this picture because it shows my vulnerability, less feminine side... pure sweat, pain & drive. But then I realized, this is me, raw and real. And all I know is, I was dang proud of this recent run and athletic performance.⠀

Fitness is hard, it’s not suppose to be easy. Once it gets easy we push ourselves some more, and then it is hard again.⠀
⠀
Fitness reminds us that even in our weakest moments, we are STRONG. It’s the moments when you feel like stopping, keep going 👊🏽⠀

I may not be the fastest or the strongest, manage certain health condition, but I sure as heck don’t let anything stop me and I sure as heck love testing my mental capacity.
