  • I love these No-Bake snack bars by @brianamthomas. They take less than 10 minutes to make and are a healthy on the go snack option! The original recipe calls for peanut butter and coconut flakes (among many other things), but I use Almond butter and Sun butter in place of peanut butter since I’m allergic, and sub the coconut flakes for chopped walnuts because I don’t like coconut 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also like to add sea salt to the top of mine- You can easily tailor these to your likes which is why they are so good! Once you are done mixing everything together on the stove, you put them in a 9 x 13 baking pan, cut them into squares and put them in the freezer to harden. Then I break them up and put them in gallon bag and keep them in the freezer. I try to make these once a week for my on the go snack option! -Kristine

  • Moussaka from #LeonFastVegan. I have loved moussaka from the first bite when I was young as I always saw it as the Greek lasagne. I carry that love with me still so I was excited to make this. This moussaka is made with layers of grilled aubergine and without sliced potatoes. It’s good, although I have to say I did miss the potatoes. I liked the sauce which is made with red wine and filled with veggies, lentils and beans making it nice and thick. The béchamel has a slight cheesy and nutty hint due to a little bit of nutritional yeast which is also nice. I think next time, I’ll just add the potatoes. x Elske

The only equipment needed are a coffee cup, board, and a "brisk oven." 3️⃣Смазываем каждый кусочек хлеба соусом и выкладываем все ингредиенты как на видео
4️⃣Сэндвич готов, ПРИЯТНОГО АППЕТИТА!
