  • A truly unique Tailor-made Ferrari Portofino at @hrowenferrari
🇮🇹🐎🏁🔥🔥.
.
. ➡️This one pays tribute to the F40 GT commissioned by Ferrari to Michelotto with this livery in 1993. The company was founded as a Ferrari dealership in 1969 and now focuses on race cars setup, prototypes and road-legal cars customisation. The result here is stunning!.
.
. ➡️The exterior colour is called Azzurro Lechler, while as in the F40 front bumper and side skirts. White are also the wheels which give this Portofino a much sportier look instead of the usual classy one. Inside, in the centre the Tailor Made plaque includes a small stripe matching the exterior colour. Nice addition are also the painted shields on the front fender and the black logo on the wheels (love that), (swipe to the right to see the details).
.
. ➡️Considering the base price of a Portofino around £166,000, this client spent £100,000 additional just in option.🤯🤯🤯 Would you add that much to your new Ferrari for a completely bespoke and uniquely specced car? .
. ➡️A research conducted in 2015 reported that the average client when buying a new Ferrari would spend around £60,000💷💷💷 in options.
.
. ➡️As mentioned before this is an increasing trend in the industry and all the manufacturers are extending their offerings in terms of super detailed personalisation. Some are also investing in the use of new technologies such as VR headsets for a more immersive experience.

  • Combine your convertible computer with Qynamic’s secure online data packages - stay online everywhere.⠀
⠀
We have become #Digital #Nomads. We want to be able to work wherever we are and want to keep in touch #online with our friends and family - it is all interconnected like a big patchwork. Most applications access data from the internet and #cloud-based services. That's why today we're online almost permanently whenever we glance at a display. This offers a new #flexibility and freedom to manage our life and work wherever we are. ⠀
Be aware that whenever the internet gets into exchange with your devices - those all contain sensitive #data such as passwords and your e-banking access - you urgently have to consider the #security aspects of our internet connection. Open WLAN - often available in hotels or at airports - is not #secure enough. The most current computer generation - the #convertibles - are further leveraging the mobility of our digital world. Convertible computers, such as the iPad Pro, are 2-in-1 devices and as such combine both notebook and tablet. Convertibles are used on the go with fast WLAN or #4G LTE. Those who carefully consider their security prefer devices with a SIM card slot - and select a quality provider for their online data bundles. ⠀
Qynamic is your excellent international online #data #provider. Our packages are compatible with all #SIM card formats. A great asset compared to other data package providers: you neither need to subscribe to a data plan nor face that your remaining non-used data portion expires after 30 days. Your data volume remains valid for 90 days - and your Qynamic SIM card is valid without any expiry date. Qynamic's online data packages offer you secure, #fast and international 4G internet access. Mobile like never before, secure like never before.⠀
⠀
What are you waiting for? ⠀
Benefit now - our Qynamic Q-Access 250MB Global starter package is currently on #SALE for only CHF / EUR 9.90 instead of CHF / EUR 15.00.⠀

  • Bentley Continental GT Convertible🇬🇧
🔥🔥💎.
.
. ➡️At a starting price of £175,000💷💷💷 it matches the competition and as usual with a closer focus on luxury than on sporty performance.
.
. ➡️It comes equipped with a either a 6L twin-turbo W12 producing 626 bhp and 900 Nm of torque, or a 4L twin-turbo V8 with 542 bhp and 770 Nm.
.
. ➡️Both the configuration provide plenty of power, but the GT is still intended for one main purpose as the name suggests. Which will mean the car is silent, at low speed in particular, and conveys a sense of relaxation and luxury thanks to its rich interior and many amenities (swipe to the right).
.
. ➡️Also its considerable weight around 2350 Kg will make it go from 0 to 62 in 3.8 seconds and to a top speed of 207 mph.
.
. ➡️The company that also celebrated recently its 100 years, is making efforts and directing its marketing at sustainability, which seems the focal point for old manufacturers' future growth.
.
. ➡️On this matter, the Continental is likely to move toward electric sooner than we expect, maybe even before a proper new generation. Would you get an electric Continental GT❓?

  • All four of Nissan’s March-based “Pike cars” had their origins in the 1980s popularity in Japan of old cars still in production - the Mini, the 2CV, and the Autobianchi A112. You can see the influence of those cars in the first three Pikes - Be-1, S-Cargo, and Pao. The final Pike, the #NissanFigaro, was just as unashamedly retro as the first three if not more so; but it seemed both old - taking cues from loads of vehicles you’d sort of recognize - and new. It was an original idea made out of other ideas but not really cribbed from any single inspiration, though it does bear a resemblance to the Gutbrod Superior, Maico Champion, and Vespa 400. It’s adorable styling soon made it a desirable car even far outside Japan.
-
Chief designer Naoki Sakai was not specifically a car designer before the Be-1 - he’d been a graphic artist and a fashion and industrial designer - his specialty was cool. Another key figure in the design of the Figaro (and the Pao) was Shoji Takahashi, who worked at Sakai’s “Water Group” studio. The concept debuted at the 1989 Tokyo show, but production did not get underway until 1991. As with previous Pikes, production would be limited and potential buyers would get their cars via a lottery. Initially 8,000 were planned - but demand was heavy enough to justify two batches of 6,000 after the first cars were gone. Inside, the retro themes continued, with hard pieces that looked like Bakelite and old-look pieces made from modern materials. -
The #PikeCars got their name because Sakai’s team were dubbed the “Pike factory,” but there was no actual physical factory. The Figaro was built by contractor Takada Kogyo, which also made panels for the other Pikes and later built the Nissan Rasheen, another Sakai design. Underneath the cool exterior, the Figaro was pure K10 Micra with few mechanical differences - the heavy structure needed for the open top necessitated fitting the 987-cc MA10ET turbo four from the March Turbo. Not long after the car was in circulation, it started to gain popularity in the U.K. and eventually (when import laws permitted) Canada and the U.S. Despite being “old” when new, the Figaro’s popularity has never waned.
