I’m a wife to Trevor and a mama to 2 beautiful daughters. I’m thankful I get to have a wonderful job as a wedding and portrait photographer and really love what I do! I also consider myself to be a bit of an enthusiast for CCC just because I am such a big fan of what we are all about! ⁣I love this community so much! ⁣⠀
Sidenote: Me and Charity are sisters (can you tell?) ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Some fun facts about me:⁣⠀
⁣⠀
1. I loves donuts! ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
2. I lived in Mexico for a year right out of high school. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
3. I would rather go on a breakfast date than out to dinner. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
4. My favorite month is March. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
5. I am a 7 in the Enneagram and am always ⁣⠀
up for a coffee date. Seriously, let’s go to coffee! ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
6. I love traveling and I’m very experience driven. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
7. Disneyland is one of my favorite places to be. 🏰 ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
8. My coffee drink of choice is an iced caramel latte. 😋⁣⠀
⁣⠀
9. I met my husband working at Best Buy.⁣⠀
⁣⠀
10. I love to cook! Some of my favorite memory’s with my husband was cooking together while we were dating. ⁣⠀

  • I can't be the only one who thinks compost is beautiful. It's beautiful to look at, but to me, the idea of compost is more beautiful than look of it.
°
I love the idea of returning nature to nature. Returning what is natural back to the earth. If humans never harvested fruits and veggies, the produce would've remained in its place rotted naturally, and returned the nutrients it took from the earth, back to it.
°
But, we harvest produce and we consume it; we take the nutrients for ourselves, we take the nutrients away from the earth. This is when composting comes in.
°
When I compost, I return as much of the nutrients I took from the earth, back to it. I contribute to the natural cycle of life and decomposition. I revive and nourish my connection with the earth.
°
This whole idea of composting to help me keep my connection to the earth is why composting is beautiful to me.
°
I do have a quick question, if anyone is up for a challenge. Could you explain the differences between compost and trash to someone? "Yes or No", comment below. For "yes", explain how you would explain. For "no", feel good in knowing all of us would've answered "no" before. Fuel your curiosity, ask questions, learn something new.

The critic always has something to say ... and it’s victim always has something to feel bad about. The experience of both aspects feels like conflict like pain. If there is experience however there must also be awareness and if there is awareness ...then the conflict poles are not the only positions available ... we can drop back step back into the awareness and observe the conflicting dynamics without being in the conflict and we can choose nourishing over punishing every day at any moment of our lives ... rest and test it out for yourself and feel free to #getintouch #connect if this is something you’d like to #explore

  • In today’s world, image is important. When you record people too intoxicated and post it without their consent it’s not cool. Bring people up not down loves. #empower #include #connect #bemindful

  • Swiping back and forth different versions of myself since 1986...
•
In my teens I was gliding through dozens of them, figuring out who I wanted to be, the swoop slowed down in my twenties, settling more and more into a solid personality and now that I’m in my 30’s, I don’t often feel the need to be a specific way anymore. I practice both business and pleasure with my heart open and my mind too. However, sometimes ‘the pressure’ is on and I duck into my gallery of me’s to pick one best suited for the occasion.
•
It can feel like you’re not good enough as a certain version of yourself i.e. being vulnerable in the work place. It’s still taboo talking about your personal feelings, if they aren’t great and amazing, while performing in the entertainment industry - if you’re not famous and talk mental health you risk losing a role, a gig, a shoot... •
So you create different modes of you: work-mode, private setting, social-you, travel-routine... and that’s okay. Just remember: each one of YOU is good enough and lovable as long as your intentions are pure and your core is solid. Who you truly are amidst all the choices of who you can be, is unique. You are YOU, and nobody else. Honor that.

  • I hope all my Hedland Yogi fam are staying dry and safe as cyclone Veronica begins to arrive! I think we are in for a bit of a wild ride.
...
I guess she is jamming us all inside and forcing us to slow down a bit! Well that’s what I’m feeling anyway.
So I’m taking this quiet time to rest and reset (and hold onto my roof) 🙈 before a busy trip back home.
What are you guys doing to pass the time?? ...
Look after yourselves and your families ♥️
I’ll see you all on the other side 🌪

  • No one sat me down at a young and explained loans, mortgages, cash flow, insurances & savings options let alone risk management for when life flips on a person. I learned as I stumbled; but my knowledge was limited - I missed out in some key options; didn’t have certain things in place that would have made a huge impact in our future when I became a widow at the age of 33. We were busy at that time as a young family making the most with our moments.
I learned extremely valuable lessons in dealing with the death of my spouse in all my core areas. Financially, emotionally & mentally, physically and spiritually. Some tough lessons and great learning opportunities to share with others.
Our core areas are intertwined and what affects one area will have an impact on the others.
Organization, knowledge, and connections are huge assets for all of us. I have developed the Life Binder as a tool to organize, educate, plant seeds of thought and empower others in their lives. The mentorship aspect of it...I get it - we ALL have great intentions and sometimes it takes someone else holding us accountable in order to complete what we start. No more waiting, now is your time ~ let’s connect to start your process! #options #knowledge #empower #coreareas #seedsofthought #connect #organize #beproactive #bridgethegaps #accountability #lifebinder #workshops #mentorship #shareyourstory #makethemostwithyourmoments #mylifepathmentorship
