  • For things to change, you get to change. For things to get better, you have to get better! I’m constantly working on myself daily. The pressure is real. I’m not perfect and sometimes I slip up! But I promise you I get back up and keep going 💯 Apply some pressure to your life in the category of physical and mental health. You’ll be surprised how much you can accomplish in this world ❤️ I’m taking 10 new clients for April going into the month of May 😁 I need people that want to work on themselves and get into the best shape ever! Let’s do this TOGETHER ❤️

  • When it’s Good Friday and I work tonight, fast and easy and healthy meal from @costco_doesitagain @costco saves the night!

  • 🎵 it’s the freakin weekend bout to have me some fun 🎵 
We encourage having a good time - just ask our team! Listen, what’s life if you have to constantly track your movement/food on vacations? Long weekends? When you’re out with friends? Make those memories this weekend. Here are some tips to stay mindful in consumption while still experiencing everything the weekend has to offer:

1.) Wake up and walk. Grab a cup of coffee or a bottle of water and walk around your neighborhood. Get you body moving while you wake up 
2.) Watching the @Indians game? Cool, us to. Try standing or walking around a bit between innings to loosen things up 
3.) Eat the lamb cake 🍰 listen, a slice never hurt anyone. Grab a slice, savor it and move on. No sweat 😓

  • the other day i was talking about words. how powerful they can be and when the right ones hit you in the soul at the right time, the feeling of understanding is pretty great. they are also so powerful that you can repeat not so great words and start to believe them and internalize them about yourself so we have to be careful.🤘🏼😅 i just watched this week's episode of grey's anatomy and the message at the end was one of those times words hit you at the right moment so i thought i would share.🤗 "so much of the world operates with us never thinking about it. we expect it to work out in our favor, and most of the time it does. we worry about the future and think about the past. and we so often miss what is right in front of us. we take what's good and easy and working for granted. until it's no longer good and easy and working for us. it's normal but we can do better because there are tiny beautiful gifts we are given every day. and it's up to us to appreciate them to the fullest, while we can ."
