  • Recently I bought @camillelbaz 's Shoulder Prehab/Rehab book to utilize. Two summers ago I had a shoulder surgery after breaking my humerus and ripping/destroying everything else. (Report included) Anyways I've worked extensively on rehab and functionality after getting told that I would not be able to do martial arts again. Thanks @camillelbaz for making this great book. Today I did your single arm farmers carry, single arm overhead carry, and bear crawl. This is a good item to reference. #clbnation #shoulderrehab #fitness #crossfit #proof
