  • Please read, An open letter from an anxious person, trying to explain their thoughts.
.......
It's like I can literally almost see the dream infront of me, the dreams I have been dreaming about. Be it anything.
I know I am working hard.
.........
But at the same time, there is a voice inside my head, that says- "you will never reach it"
And each step I take, every plan, every move, anything positive that I can think of, loses it direction and meaning.
I feel lost, and my faith completely jumps off. .........
This moment can be of a very little time or of a day, it can be triggered by something or can have in my gut as I wake up. There is barely anything I can think of because of everything I am thinking of.
Its painful and stressing to guts. ... BUT
I keep trying.
I keep my head held high. Its not easy. Because nothing outsise is wrong. Its all in my own head.
I move mountains just to calm that voice in my head down, that tells me I am not enough.
And guess what, I will never stop moving mountains because its about me.
There are times I completely lose.
I sleep. I wake up. I try harder.
Because I know, it doesnt matter how many failed attempts I have into it, or how slow my pace it.
I am going to have beautiful results one day, because I am not stopping.
The struggles are in my head, thats the biggest problem. They knock me down.
To the point of breaking.
But when I am not anxious I tell myself
I may not know then but these are the moments
That I'm gonna remember most,
Just gotta keep going, just gotta be pushing.
Cause there is always gonna be an uphill battle. I may lose to. But I want to ride uphill to see the beautiful sunrise.
So I gotta keep up. .

  • The reason we need freedom of speech, as well as tolerence for other people's views, is in order to have a conversation
For it is in dialog between oppositions that the truth might appear to us.
.

Baruch Spinoza, born Benedito de Espinosa (1632 – 1677) was a Dutch philosopher.
He was one of the early thinkers of the Enlightenment, and modern biblical critics, including modern conceptions of the self and the universe, he came to be considered one of the great rationalists of 17th-century philosophy.
Inspired by the groundbreaking ideas of René Descartes, Spinoza became a leading philosophical figure of the Dutch Golden Age.
Spinoza was raised in the Portuguese-Jewish community in Amsterdam.
He developed highly controversial ideas regarding the authenticity of the Hebrew Bible and the nature of the Divine.
Jewish religious authorities issued a herem (חרם) against him, causing him to be effectively expelled and shunned by Jewish society at age 23, including by his own family.
His books were later added to the Catholic Church's Index of Forbidden Books.
He was frequently called an "atheist" by contemporaries, although nowhere in his work does Spinoza refute the existence of God.
Spinoza lived an outwardly simple life as an optical lens grinder.
He turned down rewards and honours throughout his life, including prestigious teaching positions.
Spinoza died at the age of 44 from a lung illness, perhaps tuberculosis or silicosis exacerbated by the inhalation of fine glass dust while grinding lenses.
He is buried in the Christian churchyard of Nieuwe Kerk in The Hague.
Spinoza's magnum opus, the Ethics, was published posthumously in the year of his death. The work opposed Descartes' philosophy of mind–body dualism, and earned Spinoza recognition as one of Western philosophy's most important thinkers.
Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel said, "You are either a Spinozist or not a philosopher at all."
His philosophical accomplishments and moral character prompted Gilles Deleuze to name him "the 'prince' of philosophers". .
