  • Charuto de couve com grão-de-bico
• 4 maços de couve
• 3 ½ litros de água
• 800 gramas de tomate picado
• 3 cebolas médias picadas
• 330 gramas de grão-de-bico cozido e descascado
• 1 ½ xícara de arroz cru
• Pimenta síria a gosto
• Sal a gosto
• 3 dentes de alho moído
• 1 xícara bem cheia de salsa picada
• 44 palitos
• 4 colheres de sopa de azeite
• 1 litro de água
• Suco de limão a gosto
Modo de preparo
Remova o talo das folhas de couve e corte as maiores ao meio, na vertical. Coloque-as em bacia. Ferva 3,5 litros de água e despeje sobre as folhas. Ponha um prato por cima, para que não boiem, e deixe-as de molho por 10 minutos. Escorra bem e reserve. Faça o recheio misturando o tomate, a cebola, o grão-de-bico, o arroz, a pimenta, o sal, o alho e a salsa. Reserve. Na base de cada folha de couve, coloque 1 colher (sopa) de recheio, enrole o charuto e feche um palito. Em uma panela grande, arrume os charutos, coloque o azeite e cubra com água, sal e suco de limão – para evitar que desenrolem, coloque um prato sobre eles. Cozinhe em fogo alto, por 30 minutos após a fervura, escorra, remova os palitos e sirva.

Krewetki, chilli, łyżka masła, cebulka ~ podsmażamy. Kroimy paprykę, 1 por, szczypiorek, groszek cukrowy. Do podsmażonych krewetek wlewamy bulion, dodajemy warzywa (jeśli patelnia za mała, przelewamy do garnka). Po około 20 min zupa gotowa (doprawiamy solą, pieprzem). Przyjemnym dopełnieniem jest ryż lub makaron ryżowy. Sypiemy pietruchą i gotowe. Smacznego 🌿🌱
