happy Monday guys! Hope you guys have a great week. This is my last full week of school before thanksgiving break so I’m be spending a lot of time wrapping up some papers before break. Also I’m feeling quite under the weather and will be trying to rest as much as possible this week so sorry if I’m not posting as frequently as usual. Let me know if there’s anything specific you want to see. Also let me know what are you fav things for when your sick 💛💛

I use to SWEAR by chia pudding. There was a time when I would have it literally every day and I felt like it really benefitted my digestion. The ratio I used was 3/4 cup almond milk, and 3 tbsps of chia seeds, with cinnamon and agave and mix it around and refrigerate it at least overnight. I left mine in for like over a day. And this morning I added a splash of more almond milk bc it was pretty thick and mixed it and added some oats and dark chocolate granola :) 🦋

dEATS: mix 1 can of full fat coconut milk + 1/3 cup chia seeds + 1/4 cup honey + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 dash of cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight and you have some yummy overnight chia seed pudding! .

I topped mine with some blueberries and @fruit_bliss tart cherry fruit and nut bites (cherries, hazlenuts, dates, cacao nibs). I like their collection of bites because they’re made with simple ingredients so I don’t feel guilty eating them. Plus, they’re allergen friendly, vegan, and organic 🤩You can find their bites on my @amazon store (link in bio) 😍.

2/3 dl chia semen

Kompot iz jabolk:

8-10 borovnic ali malin

Priprava.
1. Mandljevo mleko, chio in Easis eritritol dobro premešamo in čez noč pustimo v hladilniku.
2. Jabolka narežemo na koščke ter damo v ponev. Prerežemo strok vanilije in postrgamo vanilijeva zrna. Strok, zrna, vodo in eritritol dodamo jabolkam in kuhamo, dokler se jabolka popolnoma ne zmehčajo. Pustimo, da se ohladi.
3. V dva kozarca nadevamo plast chia pudinga, plast kompota iz jabolk, plast Easis hrustljavih muslijev, nato spet plast chia pudinga in kompota iz jabolk. Okrasimo z borovnicami in malinami, svežim jabolkom, lističi mete in prelijemo z Easis čoko prelivom. .

Ich habe mich für dieses Gericht von @chrissi_nimmt_ab inspirieren lassen. Sie hat die Schnitten mit #Gries und Milch hergestellt.

#Chiapuddingschnitte:

Am Abend zuvor habe ich einen mehr oder weniger festen Pudding aus Wasser #Chiasamen, #geschrotetenLeinsamen und #Quinoa gekocht. Den Pudding habe ich in einen passenden Behälter gekippt und Übernacht in den Kühlschrank gestellt.

#Apfelkompott:

Den Apfel in Würfel schneiden mit #Zimt, #Vanillepaste und etwas Wasser einmal kurz aufkochen.

#Soße:  2 Eßl #Joghurt, 1Eßl #Quark 1Tl #Zitronensaft und eine halbe #Banane miteinander pürieren. 
Teig zum wenden :

Aus 1 Eßl von den gemahlenen #Haferflocken, das Ei, Joghurt, #Milch, eine Prise Salz und Vanillepaste einen Teig herstellen. 
Den #Chiapudding aus der Form stürzen und in dicke Scheiben schneiden in den restlichen gemahlenen Haferflocken wälzen. Dann in dem Teig wenden und in eine heiße Pfanne mit etwas Öl nach eurer Wahl braten. Ich habe #Rapsöl verwendet. Ich habe vom Teig und den gem. Haferflocken noch etwas übrig behalten. Das habe ich alles miteinander verrührt und daraus noch kl. #Pancake gebraten. Alles schön auf einem Teller anrichten und mit Zimt bepudern. Fertig
Wer möchte kann die noch heißen Schnitten, wie beim beim #armenRitter, in einer #ZimtZucker Mischung wenden.

  • Oh get in my belly 🤤 The hardest part of making these was not eating all of them at the end 🤣

Gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free fudgey goodness 🙌

Ingredients: ✨ 1 cup Brown Rice flour
✨ 1/2 cup Homemade apple purée ✨ 3/4 cup cacao powder ✨ 1/2 cup maple syrup ✨ 3/4 cup white cannellini beans ✨ 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder ✨ dash of pure vanilla extract ✨ 4 drops tangerine essential oil || Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. I then broke up organic, vegan, hazelnut chocolate and added to the top. Place in the oven on 170 degrees for around 25 mins. Make sure you keep an eye on it as it may cook quicker or slower || I hope you guys enjoy these as much as I am while I write this 🙈

  • Nisam se mogla odlučiti dal novi tjedan želim započeti zobenom kašom ili chia pudingom 🤷🏻‍♀️Logično rješenje je bilo napraviti hibrid. Mission accomplished🎉🎉
Jednostavno sam pomiješala šalicu zobenog mlijeka, pola šalice zobenih pahuljica,dvije žlice chia sjemenki, žlicu bademovog maslaca i maloooo javorovog sirupa. Stavite sve u staklenku sa poklopcem, dobro dobro dobro protresite i pustite preko noći. I to je to, ujutro vas vlastiti hibrid mami da se što prije ustanete! 
Gore je banana, kaki, mango, kokos, borovnice, maline i preprženi sezam ( ovo je najbolji način da se natjeram jesti više voća)

  • Klasický chia puding zná určitě každý. 🤔Nás ale napadlo si to udělat trochu víc probioticky a dát něco výživného i našemu mikrobiomu. 😏Postup je úplně jednoduchý. Rozmixujeme si kefír s borůvkama a proteínem (s vanilkovým to je boží), dáme do sklenice, přidáme chia semínka (2-6 lžící - záleží na velikosti nádoby) a necháme několik hodin stuhnout v lednici. 👩🏻‍🍳 A máme hotovy snack, který určitě zvládne každý 🍴

ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛɪ:
• 15g di semi di chia • 1 filtro di tisana vaniglia cannella e zenzero + 110ml di acqua
• 25g di farina di avena + whey @prozisitalia • 200ml di acqua o altro liquido che volete
• 50g di frutti di bosco surgelati • 10g di Proteine vegane @iswari_italia @iswariofficial • 150g di yogurt magro bianco 
Topping:
• 20g di frutti di bosco • 7g di chocorelax arachidi dolci @functionalfood.it
• 5g di Cacao amaro @dietfoodpl + dolcificante + acqua qb.

PROCEDIMENTO: • Occupiamoci prima il budino di chia; quindi prepariamo la tisana. Appena sarà tiepida versiamo i semi di chia, mescoliamo energicamente e lasciamo rapprendere il frigo per almeno 1 ora. Si formerà un gel.
• Mescoliamo lo yogurt con le proteine e lasciamo anche questo in frigo.
• Ora andiamo a cuocere il porridge con l'acqua e i frutti di bosco, mescoliamo di tanto in tanto.
• Nel frattempo prepariamo la cremina al cacao come sappiamo già fare!!. Mettiamola nel frigo.
• Appena il porridge sarà denso togliamolo dal fuoco e lasciamolo freddare.
• Appena sarà freddo aggiungiamo al porridge lo yogurt con le proteine e il gel di chia. Mescoliamo bene tutto, lo versiamo nella coconut bowl e versiamo sulla superficie la cremina al cacao fatta prima!.
• Decoriamo la superficie con frutti di bosco e crema spalmabile alle arachidi.
• Potete mangiarlo subito..ma io consiglio di lasciarlo una notte in frigo o almeno 2 ore.. così tutti i sapori saranno ben mescolati insieme e il tutto sarà più goloso 😜🥣❤ Enjoy YOUR BOWL

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sift cocoa powder into a medium deep mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Whisk to combine until smooth. Add the coconut milk on top and whisk to combine until smooth.
2. Pour the chia seeds on top of the mixture and either blend with a whisk or immersion blender. The immersion blender will create a smoother texture. 
3. Cover and refrigerate until the mixture thickens, and becomes pudding like, at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
4. Enjoy with fresh coconut whip cream and berries, if desired.

Hicimos muchas recetas riquísimas y saludables, hoy les quiero compartir una de ellas, “chia pudding” ✨😏!!
¡Facilísima! Y le podemos poner de todo!! 👌🏼
Un desayuno saludable y super energético 💪🏼👈🏽 ¡Apunta!
Para una porcion solo necesitas:.
- 4 cdas de chia.
- 1 taza de leche de almendras o la que prefieras.
- 1 cdta de miel de agave.
- 1/2 cda de canela en polvo.
➡️ Refrigerarlo por una noche y en la mañana agregar tus toppings favoritos.

✔️Quiero contarles algunos increíbles beneficios de la chia:
1. Controlan los antojos, gracias a su gran cantidad de fibra nos aportan sensación de saciedad
2.  Aportan Hidratación al cuerpo, pueden retener 10 o 12 veces su peso en agua.
3.  Sus grandes cantidades de antioxidantes ayudan contra el envejecimiento, son en si mismas un producto Anti-Age.
4.  Ayudan a bajar de peso, ya que su alto contenido de fibra nos mantiene saciados, además el omega3 ayuda a bajar el colesterol y eliminar grasas del organismo.
5.  Son una gran fuente de Energía.
6. Calman el dolor en las articulaciones por los ácidos grasos Omega 3 que tienen estas semillas tienen propiedades antiinflamatorias.

  • Maple chia pudding 🥰 I switched out my go to vanilla extract for maple syrup to make maple chia pudding and it was delicious! 
I’m feeling a little tired today after a big weekend, so hoping I can get through the day without drifting off 😂 - how was your weekend? 
Recipe for the maple chia pudding is:
Chia seeds (1/3 cup) - I use @thechiaco 
Milk (2/3 cup to 1 cup) 
1 spoonful of maple syrup 
Dash of cinnamon 🥣
Combine ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning use your fav toppings! I used: 
Mango
My cacao hazelnut protein balls (recipe a couple of posts back) 
Kiwi fruit 
Blueberries 
Yoghurt (@chobaniau) 
Strawberries 
Peanut butter (@picspeanutbutter)
