SLIDE 1: Walking Barbell Lunges
4 X 6, 6 @ 185
Working my way back up to an easy 225.

SLIDE 2: 35 LB KB Flow! 
My intention was to blend Tactical Cleans and Snatches with Bottoms Up and this was the end result. I started with the easier components and went up in difficulty until it got stupid with the Pistol Squats. Test that grip strength and try at your own risk.

  • Yesterday I ended my Transform :20 journey. It was such an amazing program and I loved how I stepped out of my comfort zone and did this program. I may have finished after everyone else, but I didn’t give up! My vacation put me back a little bit, but I picked myself back up and kept going!

It was hard after having almost a week off to star at week 5 and finish this program. But I DID IT! 
I am not a cardio fan, like at all! This is a @shaunt program, so it’s ALL cardio! He makes it fun though. How?! By being the most inspiring, motivating,cheerleader ever! It’s like he’s in your living room pushing you to better yourself.

Was it hard? Hell yes! But so rewarding knowing how I transformed mentally! This has brought me to a whole new level with my workouts and I push myself harder because I know I can do it!

What are you waiting for?! You are the only thing standing in your way. So do yourself a favor and step out of the way! You CAN do this! I will be here every damn day cheering you on!!   • Many, many sessions out there. Summertime after working in the City.  I’d stop at Chrissy Field on my way home and rig up for a go out for an hour of pure speed. Always dodging the in coming and out going freighters. #purefun #challengeyourself #goforit

  • Life will always be challenging. There are things that are going to happen that are beyond your control. Somethings may happen be based off of the choices we make. .

Don’t shut down completely, take some time to yourself, reflect. There’s a lesson in everything we go through. Don’t ask why this is happening to you. Ask what should I learn from this. .

In every negative situation there’s always a positive. It just depends on how you look at it. Positive people have negative thoughts, bad days. They just don’t drown in them . .

A few days ago someone told me “You’re stronger than you think.” Probably honestly had no idea how much I needed that ❤️ grateful to have so much positive people around me 😁 🙏🏽

Today started WEEK 8.. yes week 8 of Insanity Max 30!!😱 this is my LAST WEEK of the program and I seriously cannot believe that the past 8 weeks have gone by as fast as they have!! Can’t wait to take progress pics to see how much my body has changed💪🏼

C'est justement ce dont j'ai besoin cette année!! Me dépasser!! J'ai travaillé fort en février pour me qualifier pour le nouveau programme qui sortira seulement en juillet!! Environ 170 sur 400 000 ce sony qualifié 😱 Tu peix imaginer ma joie!!! C'est moi qui vais tester pour toi et te montrer les résultats que ce programme peut donner!! .

Nous avons quelques devoirs à faire dans le groupe teste... Comme celui-ci qui était de filmer notre jour 1!! C'est l'une des premières fois que je regarde mon avant et que je suis satisfaite de ce que je vois❤ Depuis janvier, j'ai passé à un niveau supérieur sur l'alimentation et je constate que je n'ai pas travaillé pour rien 😉

Mon but n'est plus la perte de poids... L'entraînement,  n'est pas non plus difficile pour moi!! Mon combat... l'alimentation!! Je sais que c'est un point à travailler pour plusieurs!! Je me suis grandement amélioré depuis 4 ans et je veux être encore plus focus et te prouver que lorsque l'on améliore notre alimentation, les impacts que ça a sur notre corps!! .

Je ne peux te parler du programme... avant mai... Par contre, j'ai ouvert un groupe Facebook pour celles qui souhaite voir mon parcours pendant les 100 prochains jours!! Dans ce groupe... C'est pour de l'inspiration... Je vais partager un court vidéo chaque matin , suite à mon entraînement et partager avec toi, mes hauts comme mes bas pendant ce parcours!! Rejoins-moi!!

  • Everyone has the same ability to start something new, but not the same ability to finish ☝🏾🙂. The goal (and difference maker) is to build up mental and physical resilience to be able to keep on going when every fiber in your body seems about ready to give up or give in to distractions...

The simple truth from my personal experience is that success in anything is determined mainly by what you CHOOSE to do everyday, just showing up is NEVER enough!  So, F&$K the distractions for now and take heart knowing that your destiny could be right on the other side of these hurdles- Keep going , you got this 💪🏾😎❗️❗️

So are you wondering what you could do to start finally curbing back on those pesky distractions? Here are a few things you could start implementing RIGHT NOW (NO EXCUSES)  to free up more time to invest in yourself and your future:

1- Go to bed earlier (hint- wake up more refreshed)
2- Wake up 1hr earlier than usual
3- slash TV watching time by 25-50%
4- cut back on uninspiring social gathering( 3 happy Hrs per week 🤔)
5- Plan out most of your day’s activities(eliminate waste)

This is just a small sample and there are a whole lot more things you can do that will unburden you and leave you fired up and inspired to pursue those goals! .

  • I need suffering. Every time I get comfortable it drifts into boredom and then to depression and malaise. 
But when I’m pushing, when I’m testing myself to my limits I feel alive. I feel a satisfaction that I am accomplishing the task of bettering myself. I want to conquer the weakness inside of me. 
Discipline is the best thing I can give myself.
