This is a raw applesauce recipe by medical medium..no cooking needed just a food processor! I like using raw local honey because you get all those antioxidants!

  • I had to go to the hospital Sunday night at midnight. 🏥 It started Saturday morning with mild joint pain in just about every joint in my body. 😫 Sunday morning I woke up feeling worse than the day before.  I rested all day. 😴 Sunday night I went to bed and woke up at midnight in agony. 😭 The pain was so bad in every joint and it radiated with every movement.  I could barely walk. I couldn't open the toothpaste.  I couldn't turn a doorknob.  I was scared. 😧 I never felt anything like that pain & discomfort before. My husband lifted me up into the truck.  The ER doctor saw me quickly, ordered prednisone for 5 days.  If it inflames again we will get lab work done to determine what it is.  Last night I had a bad episode.  Right now I feel the best I have in days. My husband bought me all kinds of anti-inflammatory fruits & veggies to make smoothies. 🍓🍒🥕 Bee propolis 🐝🐝 Ginger tea 🍵 Turmeric tea.

Sometimes I forget how far I have come. 
There was a time when my whole body looked like the photo on the left hand side. I was covered in eczema, I burned like a fire, it itched so deep although I could never get to the itch, I shedded skin constantly I used to describe it to people like being on fire 🔥 with ants crawling all over my body, with a bone deep itch that would rarely subside ... I was feeling unbelievably low, and couldn’t see this hell ever ending.  That was until I found @medicalmedium on Instagram, I instantly related to everything I read. It was like a light bulb had switched on I felt confident that if I followed the advice I was reading I would heal, and I did! I have been following MM protocols for around 3 years now, the results have been out of this world it can be time consuming and inconvenient but my health always takes priority. Having said all that, I am a big believer in balance. I try my absolute best to follow a low fat, plant based diet including celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothies and lots of hydrating juices every day, but there are occasions like when I am on holiday that I can relax a little and eat some naughty things I know I shouldn’t 😆 it is very rare that I do get a flare nowadays but if I do this is what I do go get back on track: 1️⃣ increase celery juice 2️⃣ drink more chaga tea 3️⃣ have Dead Sea salt baths 4️⃣ drink cucumber juice daily 5️⃣ completely avoid all fats for a few days 6️⃣ sip on lemon / lime water throughout the day 
Remember you are capable of healing when you feed your body the right foods, sending love 💕

〜材料〜
アボカド🥑 好きなだけ
生食用タコ🐙 (今回は123g分使用)
セロリ 1株
ブラックオリーブ 3個
ノンオイルツナ缶1/2 
アボカドオイル 大さじ1
レモン汁🍋 適量
塩 少々
胡椒 少々

〜作り方〜
①アボカド🥑をサイコロ🎲みたいに切って、レモン汁をかけておく。
②生食用タコ🐙を水で洗って、水気を拭き取る
③セロリを一口サイズに切って、①と②を合わせる。
④ ③にアボカドオイル、レモン汁、塩、胡椒を和えて、オリーブを散らしたら完成❣️
