  • What do you think about my new @radieschen.cc team kit for the Tour de Friends by @canyonradpack 😎?
Three good friends, three Canyon bikes, many great hours. We take over the @fritzkola account and share our adventure there alongside my account. Have a look and join us for the thrill🤙🏽.
From Augsburg (Germany) to Feltre (Italy) along the Via Claudia Augusta. 664 kilometers and 11.757 meters of elevation.
Including steep climbs like the Hahntennjoch and the almighty Stelvio😍. Wow such an aspiring project! I'm happy to see the guys from @canyonradpack and @grl.pck again. This includes meeting new bike enthusiasts and some familiar faces. I don't know exactly what to expect but the main goal is to have a great time on the bike, to connect with people who share my passion and to laugh a lot☺. I would hope for fresh legs every day but I don't think that's possible. We most likely won't get enough sleep. But does this diminish my joy or my certainty that I will collect great memories? Not at all! The most beautiful memories, involve not getting enough sleep, am I right😏? Tomorrow I'm off to Augsburg. So stoked!
Are you attending, too? Let me know and comment below.

  • BIG NEWS!
I wanted to wait for the right time to tell you this and I feel this might be it😋. I have a new partner in crime!
Actually it’s not that long ago that we two got introduced to each other. Funny thing is, we were no complete strangers since we have met before☝️. Now he’s mine and I can’t think of no other🥰. I felt a strong connection the second we touched and it’s not gotten any less ever since💛. What else? Well, he will definitely help me discover new challenges but I am excited to overcome them together. He gives me grip and comfort and I feel like I can move mountains when I’m with him💪🏼. Also, he makes me sweat like no other… 😏
I have to confess: #heisamachine!
Be excited to see more of him in the future!
I’m super thrilled to share this with you!
***Update****
Arrived in Augsburg, met many old friends and made new friends at the @radrace Tour de Friends.
So stoked.
So hungry. I still haven't gotten my dinner @kaelberhalle_augsburg .

  • Stelvio - I've done it😎!
48 hairpins with an ever increasing gradient.
How tough is it cycling the Stelvio? Very.
It's such a mental challenge and one of the hardest things I've ever done🤘. At 2,758m there’s less oxygen, which (put simply) makes breathing harder work. I tried to keep my average BPM super low as the climb seems to last like forever. I know sounds like heaven and hell at the same time which pretty much sums up how I felt going up through these stunning views. And it's 25 km of stunning views from Prato. We did 3000 meters of elevation and 200km that day. Would have been too easy otherwise 😂😂.
Cycling Passo dello Stelvio is on everybody's bucket list. It’s the star of the Giro d’Italia and it’s a ride you just have to experience for yourself. Climbing the Stelvio by bike takes around 75-90 minutes in the Giro.
So you're most likely to need some extra time😋 #lookprorideslow. It took the @grl.pck @lisasbart and me more than two hours. Such an amazing bunch of girls😘! Apparently some 80s songs were helping us to stay motivated💃. Trust me - you will need some motivation because your head is going to say you can't do it☝️. But the truth is - you are going to conquer that mountain pass👊🏾💪🏼.

  • A new town, new cafes.
Love it so much to have a pre ride coffee in beautiful ambience or to warm up from the ride!
After that it's even colder outside but it's definitely worth it isn't it?
The @grl.pck and @canyonradpack tour started at the @playgroundcoffee , the owner is a cyclist himself and always happy about like-minded people.
We were just happy about the pretty flat white and with a little kick of caffeine we can ride faster!
Especially because @whiteflat is only using organic local milk from Hamburg and the coffee is fair trade (even tho the small farmers can't afford the certificate).
If you're around try it! You might even bump into one of these wonderful guys. Swipe left to take a closer look at the cafe and to see some awesome dudes 👌🏽
