“Must be nice to have good genetics”, I can’t tell you how often I hear genetics surface as an excuse for living an unhealthy lifestyle and putting another person down
.
For me it’s up there as one of the top back handed compliments. Recently a good friend of mine mentioned that their trainer said, “Some people are just genetically weaker”. Here’s the thing about that....it’s true...however it’s a statement that needs to be expanded on or it can kill a persons self esteem
.
Yes some genetic lines are stronger than others, BUT no one gets something for nothing and that includes a body that is, sculpted, shaped, low on fat, high on muscle, and or healthy in general
.
A person who has strong genetics but does nothing to maintain their body, or eat right often won’t look as good or actually be as healthy as someone with weaker genetics who watches what they consume and makes a daily effort to build their body into a well oiled machine
.
Just like success, a healthy body is never owned, it’s rented and the rent is due everyday
.

Strength through a full range of motion is key for injury prevention, when using rings it allows for a greater range of motion compared to traditional push up or bench press, but also has a high demand on shoulder stability and the need to create Torque at the shoulder joint.

The boxing class is coached by our experienced boxing coach katie Bates 😊 it is completely none contact. There will also be African drumming involved in the session. Just to get the kids excited and punching to the beat 🙊 
Details: Cost $149 includes:
- Starting 22nd of October
- Tuesday 4pm
- Ages 3-5yr olds
- Registration
- 8 week Program
- 1 x 30min Session/week
