Qué necesitamos? 👇🏼Ingredientes: 150 g Salmón ahumado, 2 panecillos🥯, 2 huevos🥚, aceite de oliva virgen extra, vinagre, salsa holandesa, perejil y sal.🧂
Elaboración:
👉🏼Primero debemos tener el salmón ahumado bien fresco, para ello lo colocamos en 8 lonchas finas en una bandeja, lo espolvoreamos con un poco de sal, y lo cubrimos con papel film. Por último lo dejamos enfriar en la nevera durante más de 10 minutos.
👉🏼En segundo lugar hervimos 2 litros de agua con 3 cucharadas de vinagre y 1 cucharadita de sal. 👉🏼Introducimos suavemente un huevo (sin cáscara), y recogemos con palillos las claras alrededor de la yema. Se cocina a fuego medio de 2 a 3 minutos. 👉🏼Una vez cuajado, lo sacamos y colocamos en un recipiente con agua. Repetiríamos el proceso con los demás huevos.
👉🏼Una vez que tenemos el salmón ahumado frío y los huevos ya cocinados, preparamos el pan. 👉🏼Se corta por la mitad y lo tostamos, después le añadimos unas gotas de aceite de oliva. 👉🏼Después se colocarían las láminas de salmón sobre el panecillo ya tostado, una encima de otra sobre los dos panecillos tostados y pondríamos por encima un huevo escalfado bien escurrido.
👉🏼Lo emplatamos echando la salsa holandesa por encima del huevo ya escalfado y se esparce un poco de perejil picado ¡listo para comer!🤩

  • RICE RICE BABY ☁️🌈🍓🌸😋 - @cuckoocallay ‘s thai sticky rice pudding with butterscotch banana, pineapple sorbet, ginger bread crumble, sesame & orange tuille! I love the idea and creativity of this dish and the range of different flavours and combiniations as well as the cute presentation! The pudding was the perfect consistency and was overall a light and refreshing breakfast dish! Definitely not great value thought being $18 and very small! Rating 7/10 🙌🏼

Así que os taigo una recetita ideal tanto si llueve🌧️ como si hace un sol achicharrante,☀️ preparé su versión original hace unos días🤓 y necesitaba repetirla a mi manera porque estaba demasiado rica😳.

🌺TORTILLA VEGANA DE PATATA, BONIATO Y BERENJENA🌺.

La receta original la tenéis en el perfil de la bonita de @nosequecenar🤗, una de las cuentas con que más me transmite🧘‍♀️, si os adentráis en su contenido entenderéis la manera tan especial con la que se expresa y conecta conmigo💖.

👩‍🍳Mi versión de tortilla vegana cambia el nabo por🛒:
🔹1/2 berenjena🍆
🔹2 o 3 patatas🥔
🔹1 boniato 🍠
🔹1 cebolla 🌱
🔹Una pizca de pimienta, comino y curry💛.
.
🔸La berenjena podéis cocerla al microondas🔥 o saltearla con muy poquito aceite en una sartén antiadherente con la cebolla🥄.
🔸Cuanto a las patatas y el boniato💁‍♀️, usé 2 patatas que tenía hervidas ya y 1 boniato asado🤤, pero podéis hacerlo al microondas sin problema en unos 8-1min o bien hervirlos💙.

La mezcla de harina de garbanzo y agua como sustituto del huevo se he convertido en mi nuevo vicio🤤❤️, de verdad que tenéis que probarla🤩. ¡¡Os aseguro que os sorprenderá muchísimo😏!!.

What a vibe! My Kingdom for a Horse is definitely giving Adelaide cafés a run for their money because how could you possibly not fall in love with the colourful and vibrant café space?

I don't normally do two different posts for one place but the food was just so visually appealing here that I had to 😂 
Now onto the food 💁🏻‍♀️

TRAFFIC STOPPER 🚥 // $20.90
Grilled sweet potato & polenta slice topped with avo smash, 
spicy pumpkin & beetroot hummus (V DF GF) 🥁 I loved the visual presentation of this dish and found it very creative to have three different toppings on not bread, but rather fried polenta.

The fried polenta was just 👌 It had a really nice crunch to the outside, and was soft and fluffy on the inside (which is always a good sign you're in for a treat)! Now onto the toppings. Great consistency and flavours, but nothing particularly too special and wow.

ICED CHAI & DIRTY CHAI // $7.50
🥁 Iced chai was of a good consistency but did feel like it needed more of a chai kick as all I could end up tasting was vanilla ice-cream. .

  • PUMPKIN SWIRL BAKE 🎃😍. If you enjoyed my cinnamon roll bake, give this delicious pumpkin version a whirl. The recipe serves 1 person (I used an individual baking dish) but the quantities can easily be increased to serve more 👍. This used up the last of the canned pumpkin purée that I found in Sainsbury's and is a great shortcut if you don't fancy cooking & blending your own pumpkin.

Recipe:
🎃 Mix together 1 tbsp pumpkin purée with 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg and 1 tsp sugar/sweetener/honey.
🎃 Spread two slices of bread with the pumpkin mixture, then roll each slice lengthways (into a cigar type shape).
🎃 Cut each roll into 1cm slices to make the swirls. Grease a small ramekin/baking dish (small enough to serve 1 person) then add the swirls, packing them in tightly.
🎃 Whisk 1 egg with a drop of milk, then pour over.
🎃 Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
🎃 Serve with a dusting of icing sugar if desired and enjoy!

  • This saucy lady is stuffed with silky Gruyère, funky blue cheese, crisp apples, and honey, then topped with crispy fried sage for added allure 🧀recipe below 👇
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 leaves sage
2 slices hearty sourdough bread, ½" thick
2 tsp butter, at room temperature
2 oz Gruyère, rind removed, sliced thin and at room temperature
1 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled and at room temperature
¼ apple, sliced thin
2 tsp good honey
Instructions
Make the crispy sage: Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high. Add the sage and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel to drain and cool.
Make the grilled cheese: Set the skillet over medium-low to preheat.
Smear the outside of each slice of bread with the butter.
Layer the gruyere evenly over the non-buttered side of the bread.
Layer the apples over the Gruyère.
Sprinkle the blue cheese over the apple slices.
Drizzle the honey in a zig-zag over the apples and cheese.
Close the sandwich, butter-side up.

Flip over, and cook another 5.
