  • This morning I decided to have lemon with honey instead of my usual (coffee or tea). I’ve been thinking a lot about change because I’m barely sleeping & I’m not putting much time into self care either. I haven’t opened a new book since January & that’s not like me. I’m not sad or mad or feeling any negative emotion honestly. I just feel drained of everything & everybody right now. I’m hoping to find some things to uplift my spirits within these next few days because I have to break this cycle. I WILL BREAK THIS CYCLE. ✨

Your worth is not found in what you do for your spouse, kids, business, job, family, or friends.

You are deserving and worthy of love because you are a beautiful and amazing human.
•
You are capable of receiving love and giving love, in this moment without having to change anything or do any more than you have already done.
•
You no longer have to compromise anything for the sake of “earning” love.
•
You have permission to meet your needs, and make your desires just as much of a priority as everyone elses.
•
You are simply enough.
You have always been enough.
You will always be enough.
•
I know you feel restless. I know you feel stressed and anxious about what’s next. I know you’re hurting for your spouse and kids.
•
But, please take this time; where there is more stillness, where there is less to do, where there aren’t any plans and nothing for you to solve; and make it about YOU. You have one relationship to salvage in this moment, and it’s the relationship you have with yourself.

  • Comment 💪🏽 for my upper and lower body training plans I have been using personally this week.

Finally we have been given an opportunity to have more TIME!

But we have also had a few restrictions placed in front of us. Less food potentially, less variety, maybe not having the perfect gym environment to train in?

Each "obstacle" represents a massive opportunity of growth that you can tap into TODAY!

For free!

Maybe the resources aren't "perfect" or maybe you don't have the "perfect" plan!

But you have the time to learn and even make a few mistakes along the way... If not now... When?

Perfect doesn't exist. Progress does.

  • What scares you most about all of this uncertainty?

I’ve been taking some time to explore this question for myself.
•
👉🏼After getting divorced and losing my home.
👉🏼After moving 2600 miles away.
👉🏼After having to let go of all the things (including 2 dogs) that were most important to me.
👉🏼After creating a new career.
👉🏼After moving 5 times in 2 years.
👉🏼After separating from my integrity because of fear.
👉🏼After ending a relationship that I thought would last forever.
👉🏼After being homeless.
👉🏼After being broke.
👉🏼After starting over from scratch.
•
I’ve lost titles, prestige, financial stability, animals, people, and abs.
•
In the past, I had always been most afraid of my MYSELF because I had no idea who I was.
•
Fear is a powerful thing that can convince you of everything YOU ARE NOT.
•
With ALL the uncertainty, I am no longer afraid. I have worked really hard to quiet the old stories, and limiting beliefs that kept me stuck in fear.
•
You can too!
•
🔺You can feel at ease in your skin.
🔺You can have piece of mind.
🔺You can stand confidently in doing less.
•
You are so afraid to take time for you! And as days and months and years go on, you stare in the mirror wondering “how did I let it get this bad?”
•
I know, because I had asked myself that same question years ago!
•
👉🏼Unhappy with your body.
👉🏼Exhausted with your life.
👉🏼Emotionally withdrawn in your relationships.
•
Your fear has convinced you to do more. Because you are currently living your life out of YOUR LACK of self worth.

I learned the most courageous thing to do was stand in my self worth.
•
It’s time you start doing the same.
•
Nothing is ever certain. Not your title. Not your health. Not your lifestyle. So instead of fixating on all you NEED to do on the outside, I highly encourage you to focus on what needs to be tended to inside.

  • Growing up, I always loved the water. From an early age, it was something I learned never to fear.

👉🏼From the time I was a toddler when my mom threw me into the pool, and I popped up laughing.

But no matter the experience, I never fought with the uncertainty that I might get hurt or struggle or even worse drown hold me back.

I understand that we all suffer in the idea of uncertainty, especially when it comes to being hurt…or maybe now it’s the thought of getting sick, or not knowing what’s happening next with our country.

I also understand that, for you, in order to create safety around that uncertainty you obsess, and binge, and emotionally withdraw as a guise of self-defense.

Even more so now.

What I can promise you is this; not matter the steps you take to quiet your mind…WHATEVER YOU RESIST WILL PERSIST.

You will forever experience days where there will be more turbulence than others. You may get caught in a wave that pulls you under, shoots water up your hose, and has you holding your breath longer than you think you can.

✨Though you’re being thrown around, the throwing will pass…
✨Though you are being tossed around, the tossing will pass…
If you just stop fighting it!

Fear has mislead you for far too long.
•
It’s what has you using food to numb the pain.
It’s what keeps you stuck in self sabotage.
It’s what has you saying YES, when you really mean NO.
•
You must go deeper—to discover the stories and limiting beliefs.
•
You must swim past the agitation of the break, in order to change old patterns and find the stillness of what’s actually possible for you.
•
Whether in your fear, you choose to stay on land…or in your courage you choose to swim deep; it’s staying in-between that is keeping you feeling stuck, empty and unfulfilled.

I’m curious, what has your fear convinced you of? What are you resisting/holding back from doing? What action could you take to break past your fear? I would love to know!

I️ read this quote this other day and felt it in my spirit. In these times of “wtf is happening”, peace and love have become my greatest focal points. 
Each day I️’m working on finding ways to feel at peace and express love. For myself and others.

Spending extra time with my baby, putting my hand on my heart and calming it down when I️ get anxious, donating to organizations and people who are helping those in need/on the front lines, shedding tears, creating, praying, taking walks/runs around the block, gardening, reading, having sex, and tuning into what I need.

Being gentle with myself through most of this heartbreaking shit. Some days are beautiful and some days are hard. But everyday the goal is to find peace and to find love in this new way of life.
