Think about Foster kids, homeless kids, women who are in domestic violence situations, women who need help to over come abusers. Anyone who does there class for free and sends me pics or videos of the class I will post it.

  • Hello and nice to meet you all!
I am Amena. I help women who are struggling with self-esteem and self-love tap into their ultimate self-confidence and self-acceptance through feminine embodiment.
I mentor women to gain clarity and be in alignment with their heart & thrive in their passions.
I love this because it has helped me SOOO much in my own personal life, after dealing with the loss of a parent and really getting back on my feet.

I wanted to be a pharmacist since 6th grade and today I am thrilled in my lab work and regular projects.
When I had a bad-betrayal-breakup, I used my knowledge of Pharmacy-YES you read that right-Pharmacy, to help me recover really fast and move past the ‘Was I not worthy? Am I not pretty? What did I do wrong?’ phase to a place of absolute self-love and self-confidence.

I trained my mind to work in my favour and I can help you do that too! I implement science, mindset and alignment in my approach to serving my clients the best and nothing less.
Since then, it has been my goal to guide and help other women connect to their inner feminine and develop self-confidence which is not only important in our professional but also our personal lives.

My inner work journey has inspired me to write a book📖, coach women to uplift their mindset and confidence and I love it when I see my clients shine.

3 facts about me: ☕🍵I am a full blown coffee/tea addict. 😖 😌I can’t function without it. I am both, a night owl and an early bird🕊. I am both an introvert and extrovert👩. Does this resonate with any of you at all?
My journey to building self-confidence came from years of wanting validation and approval from others, feeling insecure and comparing myself to others and constantly giving in to my negative inner voices and this is EXACTLY what I have overcome and help my clients to overcome, by developing and implementing tools and techniques that I have used to build a core sense of more self-love, compassion and alignment from inside out.

Now you tell me about yourself!

Would love to connect and hear about your journey!

  • Do you have a trigger plan in place for navigating tough triggers or scenarios? These plans can include ✔️people to contact, ✔️self care to initiate and/or ✔️steps to follow. Having a plan means that we don't have to engage in guesswork while triggered, or miss out on life because we're scared of potential triggers. Instead, we focus on taking the next step in our plan and have a chance at feeling empowered as we emerge from the muck victorious.
As a service dog handler, I occasionally need to put my plan into action when we experience access issues. 7 weeks ago, a hotel put multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card, then the manager yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me.
Thankfully, crisis planning prepared me to ✔️record conversations, ✔️take video, ✔️document everything, ✔️get the authorities involved, ✔️report to appropriate government agencies and ✔️contact the CEO of the company for a resolution, which is finally completed all these weeks later. My trigger plan also prepared me to do things like ✔️scheduling neurofeedback appointments, ✔️reaching out to friends and professionals, ✔️ using my Alpha Stim device and ✔️doing HRV biofeedback. Most of all, it empowered me to experience freedom, growth, empowerment, agency and resiliency beyond what would have been possible even a few years ago.

  • I’ve hated this woman. I’ve not loved her at full capacity. I’ve fed her lies & told her she wasn’t good enough and have allowed others to tell her she wasn't good enough. I’ve allowed her to be broken. I've allowed others to treat her disrespectfully.

I’ve allowed her to run through brick walls & battle for others who won’t even stand for her. I couldn’t stop individuals from abandoning her, yet I’ve seen her get up and stand to be a light to the world & love others despite all that. I have stood paralyzed by fear while she fought battles in her mind, heart and soul.

This woman has screwed up many times, as a daughter, as a friend, or as a partner because she doesn’t always say or do the "right things". She has a smart mouth, and she has secrets. She has scars... because she has a history.

Some people love this woman, some like her, and some people don't care for her at all.

She has done good in her life. She has done bad in her life. She doesn’t get dressed up half the time. She is random and sometimes silly. She will not pretend to be someone she is not. She is who she is.

Every mistake, failure, trial, disappointment, success, joy, and achievement has made her the woman she is today.

You can love her or not. But if she loves you, she will do it with her whole heart, and she will make no apologies for the way she is.

This Woman is a WARRIOR. She’s not perfect but the Goddess calls her WORTHY! She’s UNSTOPPABLE. Gracefully broken but beautifully standing. She is loved. She is life. She is transformation. She is Grace. She is BRAVE! She is ME!

Ladies, I challenge you to post this, with a picture of yourself, if you’re proud to be who you are.

  • Fear of the #unkown is our greatest fear.

Why?

Because stepping into the unknown means leaving the comfort zone that keeps us SAFE.

Well, turns out this very cave YOU are afraid to enter hides what YOU desire most.

Are you going in?
Or are you going to let your fear take control?

  • Fear vs. Bravery. One is a feeling... the other is an action you take in spite of that feeling!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And you know the first step to bravery, right? If you know what I'm going to say... put it in the comments!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • ✍️“A theatre is the most important sort of house in the world because that's where people are shown what they could be if they wanted and what they'd like to be if they dared to and what they really are.”. ✍️“But one needs a change sometimes. We take everything too much for granted, including each other.” ✍️”Sometimes it's better to look at things than own them... owning means anxiety and lots of bags to carry around”. ✍️”It takes a long time sometimes," she said, "It can take a terrible long time before things sort themselves out”. ✍️ “I love you as if bewitched, yet at the same time with profound calm, and I’m not afraid of anything life has in store for us” 1956.

  • Happy Halloween 🎃
.
Today I decided to dress up in my Kempo Gi top.
.
Some might question this as this is something that is saved for training buuuuut......
.
To me this is a way I can honor the girl who came before the woman I am
.
The girl who at 21 was struggling with her self confidence not just because of her history with drug use as a teen but also because she was feeling heartbroken after another loss. The loss of someone very important to her, the person she thought she would spend her life with.
.
Many of us find ourselves waking up going “I didn’t think it would be like this! What’s wrong with me? But maybe this is what I deserve.... “
.
suffering silently
.
It was at this point in this girls life that she found martial arts 🥋 and a family that accepted her as was, saw her potential and encouraged her to follow her heart, while healing a piece of her soul.
.
You see I found martial arts at a pivotal point in my journey and 22 years later I still have my Gi top and all my belts.
.
In the Kempo gym my healing included:
.
Blood
Sweat
Tears
and a whole lot of cuss words spoken in my head
.
It taught me:
.
Discipline
Courage
Tenacity
Strength
Compassion
Confidence
and how to believe in myself again
.
We are always capable of more than we believe when we lack self confidence
.
We always have a choose to chose differently and to walk a new path
.
It doesn’t mean it will be easy, but I can tell you this,
.
.
.
When you believe in yourself, your potential and what could be possible for you, things shift and your world opens up.
.
Expansion begins when you believe you are meant for more!!
.
Tag a friend who needs to hear this, and save it to remind yourself again and again
.
You
Can
Choose
Again
