  • From now on, I will be posting some of my #workouts that help me stay #fit . 
Here is one of my chest/delt/triceps workouts. Don’t do heavier weights than your body can manage. Think about longevity and injury-free approach. If you want your lighter weights feel heavy do negative reps very slowly. At the end of the day it is weightlifting and not weight-throwing (c). 1. Front dumbbell press: 12 reps, stretch, then 10 reps, stretch. 
2. Incline dumbbell press: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch. 
3. Dumbbell flys: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
4. Dips: 2 sets of maximum reps. Don’t forget to stretch in between reps. 
5. Pullovers: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
6. Rear deltoid machine: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
7. Rear deltoid raises: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
8. Triceps pushdown: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
9. 1 Arm dumbbell extension for triceps: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
10. Side dumbbell raise: 12 reps, stretch, 10 reps, stretch.
11. Hanging knee raises: 2 sets of 25 reps. 
12. Full body stretching: 15-20 minutes

  • It’s never too late to create a life you love. A few years ago, I made some major life changes that changed the trajectory of my life.

During the month of September, I would have been in a classroom going over rules and procedures for the umpteenth time.

Instead I’m in India listening to some great music on a bus. Living authentically.

The first step to living authentically is to become self-aware. If you are disconnected from your true self check out the Myers Briggs test, your astrology sign, and the left brain/right brain theory as starting points.

I’m an ISFP, Pisces, and right-brained kinda person. Researching this information was definitely the beginning of my self-awareness journey. These three pieces of information describe me perfectly.
