#Booz is a Naples-based #DJ #producer that came out from the #underground scene.
He is a versatile #artist who loves to explore the different faces of #techno music: driven by a strong experimentation and attracted to unconventional sounds, it blends the industrial techno with obscure melodies, insistent groove experiments with dark atmosphere, synth acids and psychedelic sounds, trying to give a personal touch to the sound and a more complete view possible of music techno. #Drummer for passion, moves with time its focus on analog instruments, vinyl, studio sessions, studies on the synthesis, sound design and recording studio.
Releases on labels of the techno scene reference as Illegal Alien, Arts, Affekt, Naked Lunch, Darknet and on his label Prophet, seasoned remixes by Ritzi Lee, Stanny Franssen, Ortin Cam, A.Paul, Vegim, Kalden Bess, Heron.
His releases receive support of the great artists: they appear on many #Rebekah dj sets, on #Fabric promo mix 2015 by #Cari_Lekebush and #Global_Radio" by Carl Cox live at Sunwaves, they have been in the top 100 Techno release with 'ep "Timeless" released on Stanch Records in 2012, in the top 100 Hardtechno with 'ep "Good One" on Naked Lunch in 2014, in Techno Juno Bestsellers top with' ep "the Jet Lag" on Darknet in 2014.

- Amaretto Sour II
45ml / 1.25 oz Disaronno Amaretto
30ml / 1oz Bourbon
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon juice
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
Dry Shake (without ice) and pour into ice filled glass.
Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded & Luxardo Maraschino Cherries)
Adapted from a drink created in 2012 by Jeffrey Morgenthaler in Oregon, USA. The original formula called for ¾ shot cask-strength bourbon and additionally used a spoon of sugar syrup.
Amaretto like many other alcohols may contain any number of added spices and flavorings. The original version was made in Saronno, Italy. Amaretto in Italian means “a little bitter” and is made from bitter almonds or apricot kernels or both. The nuts are infused in pure alcohol or brandy resulting in a strong almond flavor.
The liqueur with an original taste and unmistakable aroma, comes from a secret recipe kept by the Reina family, which has been handed down from generation to generation since 1525, and from the expertly balanced mix of carefully selected high-quality ingredients.
Today April 19th is National Amaretto day in USA a day that, I am sure will be widely adopted worldwide by Amaretto lovers.
