  • I just tried this protein bar for the first time, and I am in love!!! It’s soooo delicious!  They have several different flavors—I decided to try the almond butter first!  I just can’t get enough of it!  If you’re looking for these, they are found in the refrigerator section of the store!

  • So tomorrow I start the 75 Hard.. pray for me 😅 no cheat meals for 75 days. Two 45 minute workouts a day. 1 gallon of water every day. Thanking my lovely husband for this idea 😒😂 Gonna have a hell of a last hurrah tonight for supper tho 🍕🍩🍻

  • Wanna grow a booty?? Here’s the secret!! Work your ass off and get comfortable being uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️ Wish I could tell you there was a button you could just push and it would be easy. I’ve lifted no less than 5 days a week between these photos... every... single... week! Consistency that’s the key! 
I ate in a 100 calorie surplus for many months!  I felt full almost every damn day but I kept eating because I knew I wanted to grow my booty!
I felt uncomfortable in my own skin many days... sometimes weeks at a time but I kept pushing. I kept eating rice and sweet potato and treats. I kept telling myself that the extra fluff I saw coming on would pay off... I kept pushing away the thoughts of doubt the crept up... often! I gave myself so many pep talks and still do!! The only thing that will get you the body you want is working hard as hell, consistently, over a long period of time! Definitely not at the level I want yet but I’m well on my way! 
Get comfortable being uncomfortable 😉 don’t believe those 30 day booty challenges I assure you they didn’t get those asses in 30 days ladies! 😂

  • Another holiday booked with 34 days to go!! At the moment I’m focusing on eating as healthy as possible and hitting at least 15k steps a day, I work out at least 5 times a week hoping I’ll lose as much body fat as possible in the healthiest way possible, fingers crossed for me!! 🤞🏼

I never really had to cherish weekends/even had them for over a year. I typically worked random days of the week, no routine. Weekends typically are when I worked too!

With school and being back into routine, I am remembering the feelings of cherishing certain days. I love the feeling of working hard in the week but having some time to relax on the weekend! ☺️

Of course I still do my studying, and working out on the weekends💪📚 but weekends are also my time to refocus, prepare myself again for another week. Also I find I can get a lot done on the weekends so it feels amazing 😁 Sleeping in a bit more too always gives me life for another week 😂

I can spend more time in the gym, do extra studying and homework 👌 I use it to get ahead in school 😊 haven’t enjoyed school this much in a long time! Post secondary is so very different and I love it 😍
